About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic UI/UX Designer to contribute to the user experience of our B2B SaaS platform. You will be responsible for designing the entire user journey for our primary customers: independent insurance agents.

Your mission is to translate the complexity of marketing and lead management into a simple, intuitive, and powerful platform. You will be designing the core dashboards, configuration workflows, and reporting tools that our clients use every day to grow their businesses. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Design: Contribute to the end-to-end design process for our core SaaS platform. Design intuitive, data-rich dashboards for lead management, reputation monitoring, and analytics.
• Complex Workflows: Design simple, user-friendly interfaces for complex features like marketing automation (e.g., campaign builders, trigger logic) and voice AI configuration.
• User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with insurance agents to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and workflows.
• Strategy & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to explore, communicate, and validate design concepts.
• Design System: Build, maintain, and scale it to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to define product strategy, align on requirements, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Mentorship: Collaborate with other designers and contribute to a user-centered design culture.

Required Skills and Experience

• Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with complex B2B SaaS products or data-heavy platforms.
• A Strong Portfolio: Your portfolio must showcase your process for solving complex design problems. We want to see your work on dashboards, multi-step workflows, and enterprise-level applications (not just marketing websites).
• UX Expertise: Expertise in the full design process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing.
• UI Skills: Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and hierarchy. Mastery of modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to take complex, abstract concepts (like marketing automation or AI) and make them easy to understand and use.
• Systems Thinker: Experience building or managing design systems (UI kits, component libraries, and documentation).
• Excellent Communication: The ability to clearly articulate your design decisions, present your work to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• Experience designing for MarTech (Marketing Technology), CRM, or FinTech platforms.
• Experience designing website templates or CMS/builder interfaces.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how digital marketing (SEO, lead-gen) works.

We are looking for a Technical Lead who is ready to get their hands dirty immediately. You will partner with our current high-performance team to ship product features fast.

The Role: Builder First, Architect Second

This is not an "ivory tower" architecture role. You must be ready to contribute code from Day 1. We need a leader who thrives in ambiguity, makes rapid decisions, and balances "perfect architecture" with the startup reality of "shipping today."

You will act as the engine of our engineering team—transforming broad business goals into working software with minimal friction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Immediate Contribution & Velocity

• Ship Fast: You will code core features of the AI platform immediately. We expect deployments to happen daily, not monthly.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly build and iterate on Agentic workflows (using LangChain/LangGraph) to test product hypotheses. You know when to build an "MVP" and when to build "Enterprise Grade."
• Bias for Action: Eliminate analysis paralysis. You will make technical trade-offs quickly to keep the team moving forward.

2. Python-Centric Engineering

• Hands-On Coding: serve as the primary contributor to our Python codebase. You will write clean, asynchronous code (FastAPI, AsyncIO) that handles complex agent orchestration.
• Production AI: You won't just tweak prompts; you will build the serving infrastructure, vector retrieval pipelines (RAG), and evaluation loops that make our agents reliable in production.

3. Strategic Scalability

• Evolving Architecture: While you ship fast, you will ensure we don't code ourselves into a corner. You will design event-driven systems (NATS/Kafka) that allow us to scale 10x without a rewrite.
• Owner Mindset: This means caring about "Unit Economics" and "Cost of Delay" as much as code quality.

Requirements

The "Startup DNA"

• Readiness to Contribute: You are comfortable jumping into an existing codebase and pushing commits within your first week.

Technical Expertise

• Python Mastery: Expert-level Python skills are non-negotiable. You know the ecosystem (Pydantic, Poetry, FastAPI) inside and out.
• AI Engineering: Experience building actual products with LLMs (not just tutorials). You understand the challenges of context windows, latency, and hallucination.
• Architecture background: 10+ years in engineering, with a track record of designing systems that survived rapid scaling. Experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Infrastructure: Solid grasp of AWS and Kubernetes—you can fix a broken pipeline or deploy a container without waiting for a dedicated DevOps engineer.

We seek a skilled Full-Stack React/Node Developer interested in working in an innovative and startup environment. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Product and the development team to create a seamless and engaging user experience.

We are looking for a Senior React Engineer who lives at the intersection of complex state management and DeFi protocols. You aren't just fetching data; you are building the interface that users trust with their assets—making advanced concepts like V4 Hooks, Concentrated Liquidity, and Flash Accounting intuitive and safe.

What You Will Do

• Build the V4 Trading Interface: Build high-performance swap and liquidity provision interfaces. You will design dynamic UI components that adapt based on specific Uniswap V4 Hooks (e.g., handling custom inputs for TWAMMs, Limit Orders, or dynamic fee tiers).
• Visualize Concentrated Liquidity: Create interactive charts and tools that allow Liquidity Providers (LPs) to manage their positions, visualize tick ranges, and understand impermanent loss scenarios in real-time.
• Client-Side Math & Safety: Implement robust frontend math using bignumber.js or ethers to calculate price impact, slippage, and pathfinding locally. You will ensure users are protected from bad execution before a transaction ever hits the mempool.
• Optimize for High Frequency: Manage RPC node load using efficient caching strategies (TanStack Query) and multicall aggregations to ensure the UI updates instantly, even during high market volatility.
• EVM Integration: Deeply integrate with the blockchain using Wagmi and Viem, handling complex transaction lifecycles (Permit2 signatures, multi-hop routing, and gas estimation).

Technical Requirements

Core Frontend:

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Expert React & TypeScript: You understand React internals, performance optimization (memoization, virtualization), and strict type safety.
• Complex State Management: Proficiency with libraries like Zustand, Jotai, or Redux Toolkit to handle global application state (user settings, transaction queues, slippage configs).

DeFi & Uniswap Specifics (Must Have):

• Uniswap V4 / V3 Knowledge: You understand the Singleton architecture, Ticks, SqrtPriceX96, and how Concentrated Liquidity works under the hood. You know how V4 Hooks change the standard AMM UX.
• Web3 Integration: Expert-level knowledge of Viem, Wagmi, or Ethers.js. You know how to handle distinct EVM edge cases (reorgs, stuck nonces, RPC failures).
• DEX Experience: You have previously built or contributed to a DEX, Aggregator, or complex DeFi dashboard.

Nice to Have

• Solidity Literacy: Ability to read smart contracts (specifically V4 Hook contracts) to understand the data requirements for your frontend components.
• Subgraph / Indexing: Experience querying The Graph or Goldsky to fetch historical volume and TVL data efficiently.
• Data Visualization: Experience with D3.js or Recharts for rendering candle charts or depth charts.
