About this opportunity

We invite a Senior / Principal Product Designer to join our core engineering team and help shape a large-scale data infrastructure platform for private markets. In this role, you’ll design end-to-end features across the client’s AI-native enterprise products, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build agentic experiences. You’ll also focus on strengthening design-to-engineering collaboration to support seamless delivery from concept to implementation.

• 5+ years designing complex workflows for enterprise SaaS products or B2B services

• Experience building and scaling robust design systems

• Rapid prototyping using AI tools and/or frontend code

• Experience integrating AI tools into daily design workflows

• Strong user research skills and data-driven understanding of user workflows

• Strategic problem-solving and product thinking to turn ambiguity into clear, practical solutions

• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

• High standards for visual design quality and attention to detail

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and experience improving design-to-engineering workflows

• Hands-on experience building agentic products

• Familiarity with fintech, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems

• Design leadership or team lead experience, including mentoring and driving design direction

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll own end-to-end product design while influencing product strategy and direction.

• Contribute to the overall design and product direction of the client’s products

• Design and ship high-quality product improvements from early concepts through final UI

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on product strategy and execution priorities

• Conduct user research to build a data-driven understanding of users and their workflows

• Contribute to and evolve the design system ecosystem

• Improve and streamline design-to-engineering collaboration workflows

We invite a Test Automation Engineer to join our team and help evolve a large-scale fintech data platform for private markets. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end quality assurance for backend services, AI-related platform components supporting data transformation, and complex system integrations through robust test automation across a distributed, integration-heavy platform. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to help deliver reliable, high-quality platform capabilities.

• Experience testing REST APIs, backend services, and complex system integrations
• Experience designing automated test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience testing distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with Docker and containerized test environments
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify quality risks
• Keen interest in AI technologies and a solid understanding of AI and LLM fundamentals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional engineering teams
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
   

Desirable:

• Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications
• Experience with Kubernetes and Azure/AWS
   

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end quality assurance for backend services, AI-related components, and complex integrations, driving automation to ensure reliable delivery.

• Support on definition of QA strategy, automation approaches, quality gates, and release criteria
• Partner with engineering and product teams to align requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality expectations
• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for backend services, REST APIs, AI-related components, and system integrations
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously expand automation coverage
• Investigate defects, analyze failures, and support root cause analysis across distributed systems
• Contribute to technical documentation, quality reporting, and continuous improvement of automation practices

We invite a Senior Database Administrator with MySQL expertise to join a large-scale database modernization initiative within a Java microservices platform. The project involves upgrading production databases to a newer MySQL version, with a strong focus on system reliability, performance, and minimal user disruption. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you’ll lead end-to-end database migration activities and work closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, and architecture teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition. This is a 6-month engagement with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

• Hands-on experience administering Linux or other Unix-like OS, with scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with managed cloud database services (Cloud SQL, Amazon RDS, or equivalent)
• Experience with production database operations (backup/restore, high availability, disaster recovery, failover)
• Ability to plan and execute database changes with minimal downtime
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions

Desirable:

• Good understanding of Java application environments, JDBC, and microservices database interactions
• Experience migrating microservices-heavy platforms with shared and service-specific databases
• Familiarity with MySQL 8.4 features and upgrade considerations
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools for database operations
• Knowledge of database security, encryption, and compliance best practices
• Experience with automation, infrastructure-as-code, and database tooling
• Experience as a Tech Lead for database modernization initiatives

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end migration of MySQL databases from 5.7 to 8.4, ensuring system stability, performance, and minimal downtime.

• Analyze database schemas, queries, replication, and compatibility risks before and during migration
• Review database interaction patterns across Java microservices, including JDBC, connection pooling, and transaction behavior
• Design Cloud SQL migration strategies to minimize business disruption
• Optimize database performance by analyzing slow queries, indexing, execution plans, locking, and storage behavior
• Validate backup, recovery, replication, failover, and disaster recovery processes for production readiness
• Define database monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and health checks
• Strengthen database security, access controls, encryption, patching, and compliance practices
• Automate database operations using scripting and infrastructure tooling
• Create migration runbooks, playbooks, and technical documentation
