What We’re Looking For
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting users of Postcards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting users with technical issues and guiding them to make the most of our product.
* Resolving customer inquiries with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive experience even in challenging situations.
* Contributing to and expanding the knowledge base to empower users with self-service resources.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
* Ability to read and debug HTML code.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions professionally and positively.
Optional but a Plus:
* Understanding the differences in how emails are rendered across clients, such as Outlook and Gmail.
* Experience with assembling a design template in Figma.
* Basic programming skills or experience working with command shell.
