Some projects also involve .NET Core — experience with it will be a plus, but it’s not mandatory. 
You’ll work closely with PMs and clients, contribute to technical decisions, and use AI-assisted coding tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications and service, sprimarily using NestJS (Node.js) and React.
  Participate in projects built on .NET Core, if applicable.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Design and implement databases and APIs, (microservices / monolith).
• Support and enhance existing features, as well as build new ones.
• Collaborate proactively with teammates to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Take part in project estimation to ensure realistic timelines and workload.
• Manage the technical debt backlog when required.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and improve product development.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with NestJS (Node.js).
• Good knowledge of React.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript will be a plus.
• You must have worked with Cursor AI, Cline, Claude Code, or similar for writing code with AI-assisted coding.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively utilize AI tools for increased productivity.
• At least 2 years of experience in Web UI and API development.
• Strong knowledge of REST API implementation.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and services.
• Good understanding of SQL and MySQL.
• Experience working with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.

At DesignKey, we value design-driven development and are looking for a talented Middle+ UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will work directly with clients, conducting live design sessions, presenting design concepts, and collaborating with our PM and development teams to deliver top-notch web and mobile products.

Please note: You should be available to occasionally join client calls or live design sessions during 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (16:00 – 00:00 Kyiv Time).
 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live design sessions and product discovery meetings with English-speaking clients to understand goals and requirements.
• Present design concepts and demos to clients, explaining design rationale and guiding decision-making.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity web and mobile designs in Figma.
• Improve and iterate on existing web and mobile platform designs.
• Collaborate closely with the PM and development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Verify that implemented designs match intended concepts and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and native mobile applications.
• Strong experience with Figma (prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity designs). Knowledge of Axure or other prototyping tools is a plus.
• Experience with website builders such as Wix is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills; confident in running live design sessions.
• Ability to translate client requirements and feedback into actionable design solutions.

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our outsourcing team, working on projects within the accounting and financial software domain. The role involves contributing to AI/ML solutions that enhance financial process automation, data processing, and analytics.
 

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing AI/ML solutions used in financial and accounting automation workflows.
• Design, develop, and deploy new AI/ML models to meet project needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor advancements in the AI/ML field, evaluate new techniques, and provide recommendations on potential improvements.
• Analyze infrastructure and model-related costs, propose optimizations, and assist in forecasting costs for new implementations.
• Prepare and present demos and solution overviews to U.S.-based clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of AI/ML solutions.
• Document models, processes, and system architecture to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in model monitoring and performance evaluation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML or a related field.
• Experience building ML models for batch and/or real-time processing, or experience integrating LLM-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Python or JavaScript for machine learning and data science.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, NumPy/SciPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or GPT-model integrations.
• Understanding of NLP and Computer Vision techniques (traditional and deep learning).
• Good understanding of data engineering, database management, and cloud-based ML infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS services (Athena, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Glue, SageMaker, Data Pipelines, Data Stores).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Ability to optimize algorithms for real-time or low-latency environments.
• Strong knowledge of model training, optimization, and selecting the best approaches for specific use cases.
• Experience deploying AI models to production environments is a plus.
