We are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our Ukrainian team, with experience in delivering client-facing demos of the work completed by the team during the sprint/milestone and tested by the QA team for US stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Perform manual testing of web (majority), API, and mobile applications.
• Test complex workflows, data pipelines, and 3rd-party system integrations.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and exploratory test scenarios.
• Perform smoke, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Investigate issues deeply, including working with databases (SQL queries, table mapping).
• Create detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps (text/video).
• Use Zoho for project tracking, task management, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with developers, QA, PMs, and US-based stakeholders.
• Conduct demo presentations for clients, clearly explaining testing results, issues, and workflows.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a QA specialist.
• English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (written & spoken, client-facing communication).
• Strong manual testing skills and attention to detail.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with SaaS products (a plus).
• Good knowledge of SQL (ability to write queries and perform table mapping).
• Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Swagger; JSON, XML).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with Chrome DevTools for debugging and validation.
• Experience in testing complex software applications.
• Ability to create and deliver demo presentations for clients.
