About the Project 
You will be joining a brand-new project: a complete, ground-up redesign of a real estate booking website for a client. The application will be highly interactive and will rely heavily on seamless integrations with a primary third-party API.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to be the driving force behind this project. You will serve as the technical lead and primary architect, responsible for designing the system from the ground up, spearheading the development process, and guiding the engineering team to success.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Strategy & Architecture: Spearhead the project’s technical vision from day one. You will design and implement the system architecture from the ground up, making critical decisions regarding data flow, security, and scalability.
• Hands-On Core Development: Actively work the solution. You won’t just be drawing diagrams, you will be writing the foundational code, building complex Next.js features, and establishing the core patterns the rest of the team will follow.
• Team Leadership & Streamlining: Serve as the technical cornerstone for the team. You will streamline development processes, remove technical blockers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor mid-level developer to elevate the entire team’s performance.
• API & Infrastructure: Drive the integration of the complex third-party API and manage our Supabase and Vercel infrastructure, ensuring seamless data synchronization, secure authentication, and high availability.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Champion the use of modern AI-powered tools (like GitHub Copilot or Cursor) to accelerate development and establish best practices for AI-assisted development workflows within the team.
  
  Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Proven track record as a Technical Architect or Team Lead on similar or larger-scale projects.
• Deep expertise in Next.js as a full-stack framework.
• Strong hands-on experience with Supabase and deploying/managing apps via Vercel.
• Deep experience integrating and managing complex third-party APIs.
• Strong experience in using modern AI code generation tools in production environments.
• Some DevOps experience is a plus (DigitalOcean, AWS, Github Actions, Docker).

We are looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer to help us bring this project to life. Working closely with our Senior Developer, you will be writing clean, efficient code across the entire stack, turning architectural designs into a functional, polished product.

What You’ll Do

• Full-Stack Implementation: Develop user interfaces and backend logic using Next.js.
• API Integration: Connect the application to a primary third-party API, ensuring data is synced reliably and efficiently.
• Database & Infrastructure: Implement database schemas, queries, and authentication flows.
• Collaborative Engineering: Participate in code reviews, brainstorm solutions, and work closely with the team to execute the project’s technical vision.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js. You should understand how to use Next.js in a full-stack context.
• Solid practical knowledge of Supabase and Vercel for hosting and CI/CD.
• Experience investigating and integrating third-party APIs.
• A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute your own ideas to the project.
• Familiarity with using modern AI code generation tools.
