We are looking for a proactive and highly independent Product Manager/Product Owner to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving the development of new products, analyzing markets, and leading the entire product lifecycle.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the IT or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from idea generation to product launch and iteration.
• Experience in analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Own the entire product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors (SWOT analysis, feature comparison), making decisions based on analytical data and market insights.
• Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable goals.
• Build and execute product strategies, including pre/post evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, to define product features and requirements.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and assess potential markets for product expansion.
• Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to inform product strategy and prioritize features.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritize tasks based on business goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Ensure that product development is on track, meeting deadlines, and achieving quality standards.
• Make data-driven decisions, continuously optimizing product performance and user experience.
• Be a key decision-maker in setting product vision and strategy.
• Manage the product backlog in alignment with business requirements, ensuring that priorities are met.
