We’re searching for a proactive and technically skilled Data Science Engineer with hands-on experience in building and delivering ML solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, a strong command of Python, practical knowledge of classical ML algorithms, and experience working on the full data science lifecycle — from data preparation through to model deployment. We value analytical thinkers who can work independently, collaborate with team members, and bring innovative ideas to solve complex business problems within real-world projects.
 

Your future role

You will work as part of the AI & Data team at Deloitte, leading end-to-end data science and machine learning tasks: from problem definition and data analysis to model building, validation, and deployment in production. You’ll be responsible for extracting and preparing raw data, building and optimizing ML models, analyzing results, and presenting actionable insights. Your tasks will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, documenting solutions, and optionally mentoring juniors or interns.

We are seeking a talented Middle Python Developer with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI to join our innovative team. You will work with cutting-edge large language models and AI infrastructure to build solutions that transform our clients' businesses.
 

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming experience with AI frameworks like LangGraph
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini)
• Knowledge of Vector Stores and their application in AI workflows
• Experience with GCP and integrating AI models with APIs and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in cross-cultural teams
   

Nice to have:

• Experience in AI-driven startups or technology companies
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS

Who we are looking for:

• Product Owner with 3-5+ years of experience in building and managing digital products, ideally in financial or operational domains. 
• You have strong analytical and product-thinking skills, can translate business needs into clear product requirements, and feel comfortable collaborating with engineering and finance teams. 
• Experience in cost accounting or financial operations (e.g. cost allocation, project costing, budgeting, financial workflows, internal billing systems, ERP/finance products) is a strong plus.
• You communicate confidently in English and Ukrainian and are motivated to grow in a complex, data‑heavy environment. 
• Nice to have: familiarity with financial processes, cost allocation logic, reporting systems, APIs, and data platforms.

• Own and manage the product lifecycle for a financial or cost‑accounting‑related product 
• Тranslate business, financial, and operational needs into structured product requirements 
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and finance teams 
• Drive roadmap development and ensure alignment with business goals 
• Monitor product performance (accuracy, efficiency, adoption) and optimise features 
• Ensure clarity, reliability, and usability of financial workflows
