As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for the Payment project — an out-of-the-box cashier solution for the business, giving a flexible payment and reporting tool with one single API integration.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint refinements and plannings, reviews and retrospectives
• Coach the development teams to practice agile principles of collaboration, visibility, prioritization and self-organization
• Establish workflows and processes by recommending improvements and changes to best practice
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, obstacles, and distractions before they impact delivery or prevent the team from meeting sprint goals
• Encourage communication and effective collaboration, facilitate discussions and conflict resolution

• Work closely with Product Owners and Team Leads to have good understanding of the product priorities and goals, handle backlog and new requests
• Create dashboards and reports with productivity metrics and useful KPIs
   

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a related role within a Scrum team
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working closely with development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth delivery
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking an active part in product development from scratch (hands-on functionality development ~50% of the time) and developing functional documentation
• Leading a development team
• Ensuring the highest standards of the team’s performance are reachable
• Planning, prioritizing, estimating, and executing tasks
• Collaborating with business leads across the company to define milestones and deliveries for new functionality to be added to the product
• Taking part in team extension (interviewing, providing feedback, participating in interview post-briefs)

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of commercial development experience using Java-related technologies
• 5+ years of working experience with API development
• Experience in managing development teams
• Ability to work independently with defined problems on a middle-senior level in certain areas of technical or business expertise
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in test automation framework development, configuration, and maintenance
• CI jobs/pipelines configuration
• Backend and Frontend tests development and maintenance
• Automated test results analysis
• Participate in feature team daily life

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2+ years of automation experience in Java
• OOP knowledge
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver
• REST API knowledge
• CI jobs/pipelines configuration (Jenkins)
• Windows CMD knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of Git
• Basic experience with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Experience with Postman or any of the API testing tools
• Agile and Scrum understanding
• Good understanding of QA processes and SDLC
• Upper-intermediate English level

• Lead frontend development and mentor team members
• Design and implement new features and modernize legacy components using Vue.js
• Improve code quality, maintainability, and performance through clean code practices and reviews
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to plan and deliver features
• Define and uphold coding standards, tooling, and architectural decisions
• Participate in SCRUM activities, including daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and code reviews
• Participate in decisions for picking tools or applying code conventions
   

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 6+ years in Frontend Development
• 3+ years of experience with Vue.js
• Strong knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, SCSS
• Good understanding of coding principles
• Habits of writing clean code
• Experience in writing tests
• Proactive and self-motivated person
• English level sufficient for interacting in a multinational team
