    Scope: Part-time to start, scale if results are strong
     

    Core Responsibilities
     

    1) Apple Search Ads

    • Build/manage campaigns: Brand, Core Exact, Core Broad, Discovery (Search Match).
    • Weekly optimization: move winners to Exact, add negatives, pause losers, shift budget to best themes/CPPs.
    • Reporting: CPI/CPA + conversion signals (paywall/trial/subscription when available) and clear next actions.
       

    2) Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

    • Launch app campaigns with iOS-friendly measurement (SKAN/event priorities).
    • Run a structured testing system: UGC-style short videos, scenario angles, rapid iteration.
    • Optimize toward paywall/trial/subscription (not just installs) when possible.
    • Set up retargeting (installed-not-subscribed, paywall viewers) and iterate weekly.
       

    3) LinkedIn Ads

    • Run small, targeted tests for professional audiences (team leads/PMs/eng managers/founders).
    • Creative aligned to key intents; decide quickly whether to scale or stop.
       

    Bonus (nice-to-have)

    Light ASO / App Store conversion support

    • Assist with screenshot messaging/order and Custom Product Pages (CPPs).
    • Suggest keyword field updates based on ASA search terms.
       

    Requirements

    • Proven results with Apple Search Ads and iOS app growth.
    • Strong Meta app performance marketing (creative testing + optimization beyond installs).
    • Hands-on LinkedIn Ads experience.
    • Bonus: edtech subscription app launch experience, SKAN familiarity, basic ASO knowledge, understanding the audience - leaders and managers, entrepreneurs and founders, IT  professionals, HR and recruiters, bizdev and sales.
