Dataweb Global Group is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.

We are looking for a specialist who will help make client service operations transparent, manageable, and efficient. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data and processes: participating in workflows and analyzing how they are executed, identifying bottlenecks and systemic issues, and proposing and implementing improvements that directly impact speed, quality, and overall customer experience — both for internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Track key service KPIs (Lead Time, SLA, First Time Fix Rate, Customer Satisfaction), perform regular analysis, and identify deviations
• Analyze client request handling processes, document them, and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and duplication
• Monitor statuses, timelines, agreements, and key milestones of requests and projects
• Identify blockers, risks, and process inefficiencies, and initiate their resolution
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents, distinguishing between systemic and human factors, and provide conclusions and recommendations
• Initiate process optimization and service quality improvement initiatives, including the use of AI tools
• Support the implementation of changes in collaboration with process owners and cross-functional teams
• Maintain and update documentation, and implement standards, templates, and best practices for process and documentation management
• Analyze customer service usage to identify patterns and develop predictive models

Requirements:

• Experience in operations, service delivery, analytics, or project coordination within IT/infrastructure companies
• Experience in analyzing processes, workflows, and operational metrics
• Experience working with key service KPIs (Lead Time, SLA, First Time Fix Rate, CSAT)
• Experience in sales or client communication is a plus
• Understanding of process optimization approaches and continuous improvement practices
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Confident PC user with advanced skills in Excel, Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience working with documentation, including creation of SOPs and standards
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting change implementation
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Strong communication skills, ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders, and stress resilience

Dataweb Global Group is looking for an experienced Customer Service Engineer to join our Client Service team. This role focuses on handling complex client issues, owning escalations, and ensuring high-quality infrastructure solutions are properly designed, validated, and delivered.
You will act as the highest technical escalation point for customer-facing teams, working closely with customers, L1/L2 support, and internal engineering teams to design/resolve advanced infrastructure challenges.

We support customers operating high-load and mission-critical systems such as VoD platforms, AdTech/MarTech, FinTech, AI/ML workloads, gaming, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and the client, ensuring mutually beneficial collaboration
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems involving servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments
• Analyze customer requirements and assist in designing robust, scalable infrastructure solutions
• Align proposed solutions with the client, clearly explaining technical parameters and trade-offs using best practices
• Coordinate and oversee the full internal workflow related to orders, ensuring effective communication with customers and technical teams at all stages
• Ensure that the final solution meets the initial client requirements
• Manage full documentation for each order (contracts, invoices, etc.) and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Collect and analyze request data, generating insights and improvement proposals based on findings

Requirements:

• Experience in IT infrastructure (hosting, cloud, data centers, CDN)
• Deep understanding of:
  • Server hardware (CPU, RAM, storage, RAID, GPU)
  • Linux-based systems (strongly preferred)
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, load balancing)
• Experience supporting B2B customers and participating in designing technical solutions
• Experience designing technical solutions or configurations tailored to client needs
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and simple way
• Experience working with documentation and technical specifications
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Strong communication skills and structured thinking
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to find optimal solutions
