Dataweb Global Group is looking for a Client Service Manager who will be responsible for handling client requests related to infrastructure services, server upgrades, and custom configurations, as well as helping clients select the most suitable solutions based on their technical and business needs.

This is a consultative, client-facing role that combines technical understanding, customer service, and internal coordination. You will not be responsible for hands-on system administration or hardware installation. However, you should have a strong understanding of server hardware and IT infrastructure to confidently advise clients, evaluate their requirements, recommend suitable configurations, and coordinate their implementation with internal technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical Consultation & Solution Selection: Handle client requests related to server upgrades, infrastructure expansion, and custom configurations across Bare Metal, Cloud, GPU infrastructure, CDN, and related services. Understand client requirements and help identify the most suitable technical solution.
• Server Configuration & Hardware Selection: Recommend appropriate CPUs, RAM, storage, RAID controllers, GPUs, network interfaces, and other server components based on workload requirements, performance expectations, compatibility, availability, and budget.
• Client Request Management: Act as a point of contact for client requests, clarify requirements, identify missing information, and ensure requests are properly documented and transferred to the relevant internal teams.
• Order Delivery Coordination: Coordinate and oversee internal activities related to customer orders, working closely with technical, procurement, billing, and other teams while keeping the client informed throughout all stages of delivery.
• Documentation & Order Management: Provide full administrative and documentation support for orders, including quotations, contracts, invoices, specifications, and related documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in internal company systems.
• Commercial Support & Upselling: Identify opportunities to improve or expand the client's infrastructure and recommend additional services or resources where they provide clear value to the client.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze client, service, and infrastructure statistics when required. Prepare conclusions, recommendations, and improvement proposals based on the available data.
• Service Quality & Client Experience: Monitor the quality of service delivery, proactively identify potential issues, and coordinate their resolution with internal teams.

• Service & Product Development: Collect client feedback and recurring requirements and actively contribute to improving existing services, internal processes, and company products.

   

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of server hardware and IT infrastructure, including CPUs, RAM, HDD/SSD/NVMe storage, RAID controllers, GPUs, network interfaces, and server chassis, as well as their compatibility and performance trade-offs. Ability to understand technical requirements, evaluate configurations, and recommend suitable solutions is essential. Hands-on experience with server hardware is a strong advantage.
• Hosting & Infrastructure Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Dedicated/Bare Metal servers, virtualization and cloud services (VPS/Public/Private Cloud), CDN, storage, and related hosting services.
• Networking Fundamentals: Good understanding of basic networking concepts and internet services, including IP addressing, bandwidth, traffic, routing, VLANs, and network connectivity.
• B2B Client Experience: Experience working with B2B clients, preferably in hosting, cloud, telecom, IT infrastructure, or another technical environment.
• Consultative Communication: Ability to translate business requirements into technical requests and explain technical concepts and solutions to clients in clear, understandable language.
• Commercial Awareness: Ability to balance technical requirements, client expectations, implementation timelines, and commercial considerations when proposing solutions.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Soft Skills: Proactive and responsible attitude, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a solution-oriented mindset.
