    Dataweb Global Group, an international IT infrastructure solutions provider, is looking for a PE Accountant to support payroll, accounting operations, and contractor administration across multiple jurisdictions.

    Dataweb Global Group is an international hosting and IaaS provider. Our solution scope includes full-stack IT infrastructure solutions based on enterprise-level Bare Metal, both Public and Private cloud offerings, and content delivery services (CDN).

    We work with clients across various industries who require custom-built solutions to manage significant computing power, such as VoD platforms, Martech/Adtech platforms, Fintech, AI/ML computing, gaming, funtech and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Calculate payroll and contractor accruals based on data provided by HR
    • Execute payments to specialists and contractors and record transactions in internal systems
    • Prepare bank payment documents and support payroll-related banking operations
    • Maintain specialist and contractor (FOP) registries and documentation, including onboarding and offboarding support
    • Coordinate reporting, tax payments, and compliance matters with external accountants
    • Monitor changes in Ukrainian legislation and inform specialists and contractors accordingly
    • Provide specialists and contractors with reports, invoices, and accounting documents upon request
    • Control reporting deadlines, tax payments, and recurring obligations (insurance, coworking, etc.)
    • Communicate with HR regarding specialist and contractor data updates (bank details, status changes)
    • Support process improvements and adaptation to regulatory or operational changes


    Requirements:

    • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, finance, or related roles 
    • Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting (accounting degree preferred)
    • Understanding of accounting and tax basics, balance structure, income and expense flows
    • Experience with payroll operations and supporting specialists and contractors
    • Confident Excel user (mandatory)
    • Experience working with accounting software, ERP systems, and banking platforms
    • Experience with Deel or similar payroll platforms is a strong advantage
    • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to deadlines

    Responsibilities:

    Strategy Execution

    • Translate strategic goals into quarterly and monthly plans, KPIs, and team objectives
    • Ensure consistent execution across marketing and sales channels
    • Monitor progress, identify deviations, and proactively adjust execution

    Sales Execution 

    • Manage new-business sales activities (inbound and outbound)
    • Implement and enforce sales processes, pipelines, and qualification standards
    • Support key deals and ensure conversion of marketing-generated demand
    • Maintain predictable sales execution and forecasting

    Marketing Execution 

    • Run digital and performance marketing initiatives: traffic acquisition, content, SEO/SEM, partnerships
