You’ll be joining a senior-level team of 5 experienced engineers who are driving innovation, scaling architecture, and pushing the limits of AI-powered voice technology.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance and scale the backend of the #1 voice AI solution for dental clinics in the US market.
• Collaborate with a senior team of engineers on designing and optimizing high-load systems.
• Build and improve features that power cutting-edge voice and AI workflows.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across backend services.
• Work with cloud production environments (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Optimize database performance and query execution in SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Drive best engineering practices, mentoring, and code quality improvements.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Python, Django, Celery, asyncio, Redis
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL (optimization), NoSQL
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes (k8s, OpenShift, EKS), Cloud production environments
• Architecture: Server-client, microservices

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in Python and Django.
• Experience with Celery, Redis, asyncio.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and performance optimization.
• Experience in cloud production and Kubernetes environments.
• Strong grasp of server-client architecture and scalable systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in Agile, fast-paced environments.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

• Text-to-voice / voice-to-text technologies (ElevenLabs, Deepgram)
• Real-time communication frameworks like LiveKit
• Experience integrating and optimizing multiple LLMs in production

Основні обов’язки:

• Повне бухгалтерське ведення ФОПів (1–3 група, з ПДВ та без);
• Підготовка, формування та своєчасне подання усіх видів фінансової звітності (ЄСВ, ПДФО, єдиний податок, ПДВ, фінзвітність до податкової);
• Контроль руху коштів на банківських рахунках клієнтів (вхідні/вихідні операції, регулярна звірка, підготовка платіжок);
• Облік первинних документів (рахунки, акти, накладні), перевірка їх коректності та відповідності вимогам законодавства;
• Консультації клієнтів з питань оподаткування, оптимізації витрат, реєстрації ФОП або зміни групи;
• Контроль за термінами сплати податків і зборів, підготовка нагадувань для клієнтів;
• Ведення обліку готівкових операцій, робота з касовими документами (за потреби);
• Робота у бухгалтерських програмах (M.E.Doc, СОТА, BAS, Excel тощо);
• За бажанням — участь у внутрішніх проєктах з автоматизації бухгалтерських процесів.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Досвід роботи бухгалтером з ФОПами — від 2 років;
• Глибоке знання податкового законодавства України для ФОПів (1–3 група, з ПДВ та без);
• Володіння програмами M.E.Doc, СОТА, BAS або аналогами;
• Високий рівень відповідальності, уважність до деталей, вміння працювати одночасно з кількома клієнтами.
