The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in project coordination or project management within tech or data-oriented environments. You will work closely with engineering leaders to ensure that project plans support the business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain transparent communication and ensure timely information flow
- Coordinate daily team activities, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Manage project plans, backlogs, and task flow using Jira
- Prepare status reports, documentation, updates, and delivery summaries for stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, retrospectives)
- Track risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when needed
Requirements:
- English C1 — required for daily communication with customers (US/ EU)
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira (workflows, boards, backlog management)
- Experience working with IT products (Software Development Lifecycle)

Key Responsibilities:- Automated testing of AI-enabled backend applications
- Manual Testing of Web and Mobile Applications (including AI features)
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to quality control aspects
- Communication with the team of developers and solving different requests
- Tracking and managing reported bugs
- Development and maintenance of test scenarios and documentation
- Preparing and conducting internal demos for the team
- Performing test processes in several projects
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in manual software testing
- 2+ years of experience with pytest and Python
- Hands-on experience with API and AI Applications testing (using Postman or similar tools)
- Knowledge of SQL and database structures
- Proficiency in creating testing scenarios and documentation
- Upper-Intermediate spoken English
