We’re looking for a hands-on SMM / Growth specialist who can combine two responsibilities:- Build and run a growth strategies and campaigns, including niche identification/reidentification, business materials (presentations, sales decks, case studies).
- Support communications for a large-scale technical education initiative, focused on community growth and partnerships (the topic requires careful, responsible wording).
This role is perfect for someone who thinks strategically but also enjoys executing quickly and independently.
What you’ll do
A) Social Media Growth & Business Materials
- Plan and execute a content & outreach strategy to grow brand awareness and inbound interest.
- Prepare marketing/business materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, short presentations, potentially video materials.
- Improve consistency of messaging and brand voice across posts and materials.
- Support lead-generation experiments (organic growth, partnerships, outreach tools when appropriate).
B) Communications Support, Technical Education Initiative
- Help implement a communications plan aimed at attracting new participants and growing engagement.
- Support community activity (posting, moderation, online sessions/events, collaborations).
- Create simple content formats (posts, short videos, visuals, announcements).
- Track basic performance metrics and propose improvements.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year experience in SMM / communications / marketing.
- Strong writing skills and ability to convert ideas into clear, persuasive content.
- Confident with content strategies, content creation and growth mechanics.
- Comfortable creating presentations and structured business materials.
- Organized execution: deadlines, content calendars, consistency.
- English: Intermediate+ (you’ll communicate both with Ukrainian and international audiences).
Nice to have
- Experience with educational programs / community building.
- Interest in engineering / hardware / IoT (or technical mindset in general).
- Experience with partnerships/collabs.
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (optional).
