LUML is building the all-in-one ML platform for teams that don't have (or want) a dedicated platform team. Our open-source tool, LUMLFlow, gives ML engineers experiment tracking that just works. The LUML Platform adds a cloud registry, one-click deployments, and monitoring - everything a growth-stage ML team needs to go from notebook to production on day one.

We're looking for a developer marketing manager to own LUML's content, outreach, and growth channels. You'll work directly with the founding team to build awareness among ML engineers, grow our open-source community, and drive adoption of both LUMLFlow and the LUML Platform.

What You'll Do
 

• Create technical content (tutorials, migration guides, comparison posts) that resonates with ML engineers
• Manage social media across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and developer platforms in an authentic engineer voice
• Execute developer outreach: Hacker News launches, Reddit engagement, GitHub community building
• Run targeted LinkedIn campaigns aimed at engineering managers
• Track channel performance and funnel metrics to identify what's working

Must-Haves
 

• Experience marketing developer tools or technical SaaS products
• Strong technical writing - tutorials an engineer would actually follow, not marketing fluff
• Experience with bottom-up / product-led growth motions
• Hands-on social media and content experience for technical audiences

Nice-to-Haves
 

• Experience marketing ML/data infrastructure or open-source projects specifically
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B, SageMaker) - ideally hands-on
• Experience with paid LinkedIn campaigns targeting technical buyers
• Portfolio of Show HN launches or open-source community growth
• Video content creation (demos, YouTube, short-form)
• Bottom-of-funnel SEO for developer tools
