Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing company
- Solid understanding of PM processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
- Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and approaches
- Proven track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment with a strong teamwork mentality
- В2 English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Create detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities required for successful project completion
- Manage and coordinate project team activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Ensure resource availability and allocation align with project requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Proactively resolve issues and troubleshoot emerging problems
- Track project expenses and compare actual costs against the budget, reporting any variances
- Monitor and evaluate deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and potential project upsell initiatives

We are looking for a Python Automation Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI Agent development and automation workflows.

Requirements

- 3+ years of Python development experience;
- Practical experience with n8n;
- At least B1+ level of English.
 

Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize Python-based workflow automations;

Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of commercial experience in Graphic Design
- B2 English;
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop;
- Portfolio with at least 3 examples of projects;
- Deep understanding of the graphic design principles and the ability to apply them;
- Ability to produce fresh and aesthetically pleasing design beyond current trends and
typical solutions;
- Creativity, good taste, an eye for detail;
- Empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility, desire to learn, willingness to be a part of the team;
- Understanding of psychology and basic marketing principles;
- Ability to clearly articulate your ideas and solutions to the team;
- Ability to present your work to a customer and justify your solutions.
 

Responsibilities

- Close communication with clients and clarification of requirements;
- Delivery of designs;
- Creation of custom icons;
- Designing various promotional assets such as banners, social media covers, etc;
- Close collaboration with the internal Design team, QA, PM, Developers.

- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, test design techniques, test documentation;

- Experience with REST API (Postman, Swagger);
- Good written and spoken English. (B2 Level).
 

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of our products;
- Own and take complete responsibility for testing across multiple solutions, from initial design stages to final release;
- Perform manual testing, including regression,usability testing, to identify defects and issues;
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to identify quality requirements and ensure alignment throughout development.

- Providing estimates and status reports;
