Requirements

Responsibilities

- Support the Sales Manager with daily tasks such as planning, updating the CRM, preparing for calls, and reporting;
- Handle initial communication with leads via LinkedIn, email, and Upwork;
- Participate in qualification calls with potential clients;
- Maintain communication throughout the sales funnel;
- Analyze the effectiveness of outreach and Upwork strategies and suggest improvements;
- Coordinate with marketing to improve the inbound flow;
- Gradually take on more responsibility and grow to become a Sales Manager.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a Software Engineer with solid experience in Node.js who is motivated to grow and take on new challenges. We are looking for a specialist with 3+ years in software development, confident in building backend solutions, working with microservices, and writing efficient raw SQL.
