    About the Company:
    We are a fast-growing US-based product company revolutionizing the legal industry by automating workflow processes for law firms and legal professionals. Our platform enhances efficiency, reduces manual tasks, and streamlines document management, allowing lawyers to focus on what truly matters.

     

    We’re expanding our global team and looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will play a key role in attracting top engineering talent and helping shape the future of our fast-scaling organization.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (Frontend, Backend, QA, PO, etc.) — from sourcing to offer acceptance.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
    • Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, DOU, Stack Overflow, etc.).
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
    • Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Guide candidates through the process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
    • Use data to evaluate hiring effectiveness and suggest process improvements.
    • Represent Intaker’s brand and values in all candidate interactions.

       

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment for product or SaaS companies (in-house or agency).
    • Proven success hiring engineers in international markets, particularly Eastern Europe.
    • Strong understanding of technical stacks and IT terminology (Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • English level: B2 or higher — confident in conducting interviews and writing communications.
    • Experience using ATS tools, sourcing automation, and recruitment analytics.
    • Proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
