Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners

• Manage relationships with testers, ensuring effective communication and feedback loops

• Facilitate smooth communication between operations and technical teams

• Provide timely assistance and support to partners in resolving queries or issues
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Specialized training in operational risk is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in risk management within a fintech, banking, or payments-focused environment
- Strong understanding of digital payment infrastructure, transaction processing, and settlement mechanisms
- Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, SWIFT, ACH)
- Knowledge of risk tools like Actimize, SAS, or custom internal dashboards

Key Responsibilities:Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the POS product roadmap—from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
Fintech & Wallet Integration: Design and manage product features related to digital payments, wallet systems, and financial transaction flows.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, business, compliance, and operations teams to ensure product alignment and delivery.
Project Management: Define project scope, set clear objectives and KPIs, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of the platform.
Task Management: Break down product goals into clear tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Customer-Centric Development: Gather and analyze user feedback and industry trends to build customer-centric POS features.
