    Requirements:

     

    • 1+ year of relevant experience 

    • Experience in the fintech area and knowledge of payment methods

    • Upper Intermediate or higher English

    • Strong communication & negotiation skills

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive decision-making

    • Attentive to details

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support

    • Follow up the KYC procedures and control the paperwork flow
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance team

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services

    • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market trends

    • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and explore additional opportunities

    • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management on market dynamics
