    We are looking for a highly-motivated Payment Manager to join our professional team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
    • Specialized training in operational risk is a plus
    • 2+ years of experience in risk management within a fintech, banking, or payments-focused environment
    • Strong understanding of digital payment infrastructure, transaction processing, and settlement mechanisms
    • Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, SWIFT, ACH)
    • Knowledge of risk tools like Actimize, SAS, or custom internal dashboards
    • English is Upper Intermediate
    • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
    • Understanding of fraud detection systems and tools
    • Relevant Certification is nice to have
    Responsibilities:

    • work on shifts (daily and evening combined, 40 hours per week) 
    • manage load between payment gates due to key metrics and internal information
    • monitor real-time transaction flows to detect anomalies
    • monitor anomalies in decline reasons
    • constantly communicate with partners to achieve mutual goals
    • escalate critical issues internally and externally
