Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cybersecurity Lead / Information Security Manager to lead the implementation of our Cyber Security Optimization Plan and establish long-term information security governance. This role starts as a 3-month contract with the potential to evolve into a long-term engagement. You will be responsible for auditing our current infrastructure, deploying critical security systems, maintaining regulatory compliance, and cultivating a security-first culture across the organization.Requirements
Must-Have:

• 5+ years in cybersecurity or information security roles, ideally in leadership.
• Experience designing, implementing, and enforcing cybersecurity policies and tools.
• Deep knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, MFA, and endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks: FTC Safeguards Rule, GDPR, NIST, CMMC, and the Texas Data Privacy Act.
• Proficiency with cybersecurity tools: password managers (1Password), audit log analyzers, email filtering, penetration testing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with vendor security reviews and risk assessments.

Nice to Have:

• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
• Experience in construction or related sectors.
• Knowledge of breach response documentation and legal compliance.
• Ability to conduct engaging employee training sessions.

Responsibilities
Phase 1: Cybersecurity Optimization (First 3 Months)

• Conduct a full cybersecurity audit (logs, antivirus/firewalls, cloud/local data classification).
• Enforce secure password policies and implement MFA.
• Deploy endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, and advanced firewalls.
• Design and run phishing simulations and awareness campaigns.
• Secure network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, VPN, encryption).
• Create and implement incident response and business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance through internal testing and alignment with regulations.

Phase 2: Long-Term Maintenance

• Perform ongoing updates, audits, training, and penetration testing.
• Manage documentation, vendor reviews, and compliance status.
• Oversee internal awareness and training programs.
• Continuously improve cybersecurity SOPs and infrastructure.

Project Description

Responsibilities:

• Build and support WooCommerce-based sites
• Perform both frontend and backend development
• Work on scalable implementations (e.g., dynamic event sites with bookings, QR code generation, brochure systems)

Requirements:

• Deep experience with WordPress core, theme, and plugin development
• Strong knowledge of WooCommerce internals
• PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (React or jQuery), HTML/CSS

We are seeking a Shopify Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Clone and deploy Shopify sites for international distributors
• Support localization (multi-language, multi-currency)
• Develop a system to manage updates across multiple Shopify instances
• Build and maintain version control or packaging processes (static bundles, shared codebases, or update rollouts)

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Liquid (Shopify templating language)
• Experience with Shopify APIs (Admin API, Storefront API)
• Familiarity with internationalization practices in e-commerce
• Git version control, possibly GitHub/GitLab pipelines

• Develop notification and alert systems, including subscriptions and re-engagement digests.
• Implement ownership claiming logic and profile-based collection ranking features.
• Integrate animated badge systems, contributor ranks, and profile customization tools.
• Add support for video submissions and explore image recognition tools for autofill functionality.
• Enhance search, feed, and recommendation tools using libraries like Fuse.js.
• Maintain and scale the backend using PostgreSQL, Prisma, and SvelteKit API routes.

• Deploy and manage frontend/backend code via Vercel, integrating third-party services such as Clerk, Cloudinary, and ImageKit.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong expertise in SvelteKit and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM.
• Advanced styling skills using Tailwind CSS and component-based design systems.
• Familiarity with authentication providers such as Clerk, Firebase Auth, or similar.
• Knowledge of image/video handling and CDN integration (e.g., Cloudinary, Mux).
• Proficiency in building SSR applications and RESTful API integrations.

• Self-starter attitude with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Chart.js, Fuse.js, or similar libraries.
• Prior work on community, collector, marketplace, or gamified platforms.
• Familiarity with real-time updates, ranking algorithms, and moderation systems.

About the Project

We are building a next-generation, community-driven web platform focused on aesthetic scoring and social interaction within the collectible space. The product emphasizes visual quality, user engagement, and community validation—featuring real-time feedback, rating mechanics, personalized feeds, and collector profiles.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Python development.
Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Experience with LangChain framework.
Strong understanding of database systems.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Upper-Intermediate English
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
