• Comfortable working with legal/commercial document structures — contracts, agreements, leases — at a level where no explanation of the basics is needed
• Experience with PDF processing: extraction, parsing, classification at scale
• Comfortable in fast-moving, small-team environments with high autonomy

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI pipelines to ingest and process document knowledge bases (regulations, contract templates, legal frameworks) and generate structured rules and logic
• Develop document understanding features: summarization, classification, party identification, payment terms, key dates, and required actions from uploaded PDFs
• Implement document state analysis — execution status detection, document categorization, follow-up identification
• Contribute across the deal intelligence stack: contract creation, e-signing workflows, payment triggers, file management, and compliance tracking
• Work autonomously and communicate proactively — own features end-to-end

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join as the first dedicated engineering team member and work directly with the founding team.

This is a hands-on role with strong architectural ownership across multiple production SaaS products. You’ll be involved in shaping system design, building new features, and improving reliability across the stack.

• Workload: 20–30 hours/week initially, with potential to scale

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript (strict mode)
• Solid expertise in React (preferably React 19) and Next.js (App Router)

Responsibilities

Product Development

• Build new product modules based on architectural specifications
• Implement UI features and fix bugs across dashboards and interfaces
• Develop internal tooling and test harnesses for feature validation

Integrations & Orchestration

• Integrate and manage multiple external providers (AI, voice, APIs)
• Build reliable webhook pipelines (ingest, deduplication, processing)
• Implement CRM and third-party service integrations
• Work on campaign management logic (retry handling, orchestration, etc.)

Backend & Data

• Develop API routes with proper validation and error handling
• Implement background jobs and durable workflows
• Work with database migrations, RLS policies, and RPC functions

Project description

You will work across multiple production SaaS products that share a unified technical stack:

• Primary product (~70%):
  A multi-tenant AI platform for sales intelligence and conversation analytics with active clients and ongoing feature development. This is the most complex system with heavy integration and backend logic.
• Secondary product (~30%):
  A B2B healthcare portal focused on clinic workflows and order routing. The system includes role-based access, audit logging, and integrations with external providers.
• Additional product (as needed):
  An audience intelligence platform that is stable in production, requiring occasional feature updates and maintenance.

Core stack across all projects:
Next.js (App Router), React 19, Supabase (PostgreSQL, RLS, Edge Functions), TypeScript (strict mode), Tailwind CSS.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience with .NET (Core/5+/6+/7+/8) building production APIs.
• Strong experience with React or React Native and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2/OpenID Connect).
• Confident with relational databases (SQL Server/Azure SQL, query optimization, transactions).
• Experience with cloud hosting (preferably Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end: from tech design to deployment and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in an async/remote team, and provide/receive code reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or payments domain (KYC/AML, card linking, payouts).
• Experience with Azure AD B2C, Plaid, Stripe/TabaPay, or similar providers.
• Familiarity with OpenAI API or other LLMs in production.
• Prior work with SOC 2 / GDPR / CCPA requirements, audit logging, and security best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement features across React Native mobile, React web, and .NET 8 Web API.
• Build secure auth flows with Azure AD B2C, JWT, and refresh tokens; implement RBAC and policy-based access.
• Integrate with third-party services: Plaid, Jumio/Alloy, BaaS provider, Stripe/TabaPay, SendGrid, Twilio, OpenAI.
• Work with Azure SQL + Dapper to design performant queries, models, and migrations.
• Implement background jobs and workflows with Hangfire, Redis, and Azure Functions/App Service.
• Handle file and media flows via Azure Blob Storage, signed URLs, and mobile viewers (PDF, images).
• Implement and tune React Query + Zustand state management and React Hook Form + Zod validation.
• Collaborate on CI/CD with Azure DevOps Pipelines, help debug production issues using App Insights, Log Analytics, and Sentry.
• Contribute to security, auditing, and compliance (KYC/AML, PII minimization, logging of critical operations).

About the role
You’ll build and evolve a fintech platform across mobile, web, and backend. You’ll work end-to-end: from designing APIs and data models to implementing polished mobile and web experiences, integrating with banking/KYC providers, and ensuring security, reliability, and compliance.

We are building a fully managed SaaS platform in the AI infrastructure space. The platform provisions and manages dedicated AI agent instances for end customers across multiple cloud providers — removing all DevOps complexity behind a clean web dashboard and mobile app. The project has an existing working prototype and we are looking for an engineer who can move fast, ship quality features, and hit the ground running.

What we're looking for
 

• Strong hands-on experience with React 18, Vite, TanStack Query, and Zustand
• Backend development with Node.js 22+ — REST APIs, WebSocket, async flows
• PostgreSQL with a type-safe ORM (Drizzle or similar)
• Firebase Auth — custom token flows, ID token verification, session management
• Familiarity with cloud provider APIs such as Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or Vultr
• Experience with SSH automation and cloud-init provisioning scripts is a strong plus
• React Native / Expo experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to read a detailed technical specification and execute against it independently

Key requirement
You must be comfortable working with AI coding tools — especially Claude Code — as a core part of your development workflow. We expect engineers to move fast by pairing with AI effectively: writing clear prompts, reviewing output critically, and iterating quickly. Experience with Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is required.
