The Opportunity:

We're developing a platform for the next generation of content creators. As a Product Owner, you'll shape our core platform that orchestrates AI models and creative workflows, helping creators efficiently produce high-quality content. You'll work directly on features that bridge the gap between professional-grade tools and independent creators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning it with Cuebric's strategic goals and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and document product requirements that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team has actionable and well-defined tasks.
• Work closely with the engineering and design teams to break down features into executable tasks, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.
• Take full feature ownership from ideation to release including research, concept development, developer support and quality assurance.
• Apply user-centric thinking to define target audiences, use cases, and customer pain points. Leverage user research and feedback to guide decision-making.
• Design intuitive, end-to-end workflows and experiences that maximize user engagement and retention.
• Develop strategies for validating product hypotheses through early adoption, testing, and iteration, using internal and external feedback loops.
• Establish workflows for collecting and analyzing product usage data, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to refine the product continuously.
• Integrate market insights and competitive analysis into product development to ensure differentiation and long-term success.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in a software product environment or 5+ years of experience in a user experience leadership function; experience in developing creative tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UX/CX, including customer journeys, use case development, market and competitive analysis. This expertise may come from a product management or user experience perspective.
• Proven experience collaborating successfully with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to think outside the box, integrating market insights and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated customer value.
• Interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Artificial Intelligence, SaaS software, and application security.
• Proactive and hands-on personality with a high drive and dynamic mindset.

• A healthy dose of enthusiasm and interest for generative AI, creativity and filmmaking.

   

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with 3D software, Generative AI, visual effects pipelines, or the creator economy is a plus.
• Experience working in an agile or fast-paced start-up environment with evolving priorities, where you may be asked to go beyond the traditional PM role as we scale.
• A team player with an unwavering ambitious and positive mindset.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Scalable AI-Powered Storytelling Workflows:
  • Design and define multi-agent AI architectures that integrate LLMs, generative AI, and real-time content pipelines into a cohesive system.
  • Ensure AI workflows effectively bridge content generation, user interactivity, and ML optimization.
• Prototype & Validate Agentic AI Concepts:
  • Build proof-of-concept models to test feasibility before full-scale development.
  • Experiment with multi-agent collaboration, reinforcement learning strategies, and AI-assisted storytelling approaches.
• Work Directly with Customers & Product Teams:
  • Engage in customer and stakeholder meetings to translate creative & business needs into technical AI requirements.
  • Ensure product roadmaps align with practical AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to define intuitive AI-driven user experiences.
• Guide Developers in Scalable Implementation:
  • Work closely with ML Engineers & Developers to implement AI workflows in a scalable, production-ready manner.
  • Define AI infrastructure best practices (Triton, Ray, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, etc.) to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Ensure AI Works Seamlessly with UX/UI:
  • Partner with UX designers & front-end teams to make AI interactions intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Define AI assistant interactions, adaptive learning mechanisms, and real-time content generation strategies.
• Stay Ahead of AI Innovation & Industry Trends:
  • Track advancements in LLMs, agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and creative AI tools to ensure Cuebric remains an industry leader.
  • Recommend and integrate emerging methodologies to enhance AI-driven storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Deep AI/ML Expertise: Experience with LLMs, multi-agent AI systems, reinforcement learning, generative AI (diffusion models, transformers, etc.).
• AI Systems Architecture: Proven ability to design and optimize scalable AI systems, particularly in cloud-based, real-time, or interactive environments.
• Prototyping & Hands-on AI Development: Ability to build and test small AI models/workflows before passing them to the engineering team for full-scale implementation.
• Strong Communication & Business Acumen: Able to translate customer needs into AI solutions and guide cross-functional teams (ML engineers, UX, product, and business stakeholders).
• Experience with AI Infrastructure & Model Deployment: Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Triton, Ray, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar tools.
• Creative & Technical Blend: Passion for AI-driven storytelling, virtual production, and creative applications of ML.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agent-Based AI Architectures: Knowledge of multi-agent reinforcement learning or LLM-driven AI agents.
• Conversational & Interactive AI: Hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Full-Stack Integration: Experience with WebAssembly, Angular, NestJS, and Rust for web applications.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Familiarity with Terraform, Nvidia Cloud Functions, and containerized AI workflows.
• Filmmaking & Visual Storytelling: Interest in media, virtual production, and how AI can enhance creative processes.
