Job Description: Cuebric is hiring a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our K-12 creative AI platform, a COPPA-certified, image-based generative AI tool built to bring creativity, curiosity, and 21st-century skills into classrooms across the nation.

We’re seeking a strategic product thinker and hands-on builder who deeply understands both education technology and the creative process. This person will be the connective tissue between our company vision, user needs (students, teachers, and superintendents), and technical execution.

Originally built for professional filmmakers, Cuebric’s platform is now adapted for classrooms. Our browser-based creative AI platform enhances creative thinking, digital fluency, and AI literacy. 

What You’ll Do

• Own the K-12 product roadmap—from concept to launch and iteration—grounded in student learning outcomes and classroom realities
• Translate feedback from teachers, students, superintendents, and stakeholders into actionable features and UX priorities
• Guide cross-functional teams (design, engineering, education, GTM) toward clear product goals and timelines
• Maintain a deep understanding of K-12 learning standards, digital tools procurement cycles, and policy requirements
• Lead competitive analysis and positioning for AI-driven education tools
• Advocate for creativity-first experiences that meet both classroom needs and future-facing career readiness
• Collaborate with our professional platform team to make sure students use a simplified yet authentic version of industry-grade tools
• Stay ahead of trends in generative AI, visual learning, and creative education
  
   

You’re a Fit If You Have:

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the K-12 edtech space
• Strong product development background with shipped tools used by students and educators
• A passion for or background in creative disciplines (visual arts, design, storytelling, etc.)
• Working knowledge of generative AI platforms (e.g., image generation, prompt-based interfaces, AI literacy tools)
• Deep empathy for student learning journeys and teacher workflows
• Experience interfacing with school districts, education nonprofits, and state education networks
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer with a strong 3D graphics background. You’ll work closely with our ML and product teams to bring to life browser-based 3D interactive environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a real-time 3D scene visualizer in the browser.
• Enable users to customize dynamic 3D elements (objects, lights, animations).
• Collaborate with backend engineers to handle camera paths, motion, and data synchronization.
• Optimize rendering performance across browsers and devices.
• Contribute to UX discussions around real-time 3D interfaces.
   

Qualifications

• Proficient in modern frontend 3D frameworks (preferably Babylon.js, Three.js is a plus).
• Strong understanding of computational geometry, shaders, and dynamic textures.
• Skilled in React (or similar FE frameworks).
• Experience integrating 3D pipelines with APIs and backend systems.
• Bonus: familiarity with WebGPU, USD, or game engine workflows.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong programming skills in Python, with deep experience in PyTorch and modern ML frameworks.
• Machine Learning Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ML, deep learning, or computer vision.
• Academic Foundation: Strong theoretical knowledge in machine learning, computer vision, generative AI, or related fields.
• Cloud & Production Deployment: Familiarity with AWS, Docker is mandatory. Familiarity with Kubernetes is preferred and not mandatory, and deploying ML models in cloud environments.
• Data Handling & Pipelines: Experienced to work with data storages and processing the data (Atlas MongoDB or similar database technologies).
• Software Development Best Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and scalable ML architectures.

• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

   

Preferred Skills:

• The most important preferred skill is experience working with computer graphics, mostly related to 3D processing. 
• Generative AI & Diffusion Models: Hands-on experience with Hugging Face libraries (diffusers, transformers).
• Performance & Optimization: Experience with PyTriton, TensorRT, and GPU-accelerated inference.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, well-connected professional to lead the growth of our Cuebric K-12 education platform (a COPPA-certified generative AI creativity tool already in partnership with America’s largest STEM education network.) This person will serve as the bridge between our internal team and our external sales and marketing firm, ensuring that Cuebric’s K-12 vision reaches schools, districts, and state leaders nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand relationships across schools, districts, and state education departments.
• Leverage existing networks within EdTech and K-12 to generate new partnerships and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on high-value meetings and events to convert leads into active users.
• Represent Cuebric at major EdTech conferences, state summits, and education events.
• Coordinate with the external GTM firm on campaigns, demos, and follow-ups.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close, including contract and onboarding phases.
• Champion Cuebric’s “5C Framework” (Creativity, Curiosity, Critical Thinking, Collective Care, and Consciousness) across educational communities and policy conversations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and strategic partnerships around AI literacy and education reform.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in K-12 EdTech sales, partnerships, or marketing (experience with creative or technical tools preferred).
• Proven record of closing deals with districts, superintendents, and state-level education bodies.
• Deep understanding of the K-12 procurement cycle, funding mechanisms, and compliance standards.
• Established network across education, STEM, and EdTech organizations.
• Comfortable presenting alongside executive leadership and speaking publicly at conferences.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Bonus Points

• Experience launching EdTech products or scaling early-stage startups.
