What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager.
• Solid understanding of Web3, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Ability to craft catchy content - no boring noise here.
• English proficiency at B2+ level for effective communication.
• Excellent communication skills and a great sense of humor.
• Basic graphic design skills to create engaging content.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during project delivery;
• Building trust-based relationships with clients and ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly understood;
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards;
• Supporting smooth onboarding for new clients;
• Providing structured feedback between the team and clients, ensuring transparency at every stage;
• Proactively identifying risks, blockers, or misalignments and resolving them through clear communication and team coordination;
• Monitoring project progress, maintaining reporting documentation, and ensuring alignment with client expectations;
• Supporting client satisfaction and contributing to long-term partnership success.

What we’re looking for:

• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role with delivery/client-facing responsibilities (agencies, service companies, startups);
• Experience in digital marketing or managing marketing-related projects;
• Strong organizational and communication skills - you know how to keep both clients and teams aligned;
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams;
• Solid understanding or personal interest in cryptocurrencies & Web3;
• Excellent English — B2+, both written and spoken (daily communication with international clients);
• Analytical mindset, structured approach, and the ability to set priorities in a multitasking environment;
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and ownership over project outcomes.
