 What you’ll be doing:

• Create engaging, meme-aware, and community-driven content for Twitter
• Track Web3 news, trends, and conversations
• Contribute to the content strategy and brand voice
• Pitch new content formats, campaigns, and ideas
• Optionally: write for other platforms (IG, blog, Telegram)

• Strong grasp of the Web3 landscape and online culture
• Excellent writing skills - your posts feel natural, lively, and on-brand
• Confident English level (B2+ or higher)

Gm! We’re looking for a mid-level KOL / Influencer Manager to manage and grow relationships with Web3 KOLs, influencers, and ambassadors. This role requires an existing network in Telegram and X and a strong ownership mindset.
 

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and maintain relationships with Web3 KOLs, influencers and ambassadors.
• Handle full-cycle communication: outreach, negotiations, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Manage influencer and ambassador collaborations across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and expectations with external partners.
• Maintain and grow an internal database of Web3 influencers and partners.
• Support additional communication and coordination tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• ~2 years of experience in influencer / KOL / community management (Web3).
• Existing network of Web3 influencers in Telegram and X.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Managerial mindset and ability to own processes and relationships end-to-end.
• Good understanding of the Web3 / crypto ecosystem.
• Fluent English B2-C1 (written & spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience running ambassador programs
• Background in crypto startups, protocols, or Web3 agencies
• Personal connections with tier-1 Web3 KOLs

Hey! We’re looking for a mid-level Graphic / Visual Designer to work in-house on Cryptorsy Ventures projects and products. You’ll create visual content across multiple channels and help shape the visual identity of our Web3 brands.
 

Responsibilities:

• Create visual assets for Cryptorsy Ventures projects and products: banners, social media content, pitch decks, presentations, and internal materials.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual styles and brand identities across our ecosystem.
• Handle basic UI/UX tasks: layouts, interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes when needed.
• Produce and edit short-form video content for social media and marketing.
• Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance design and content production.
• Support content creation for different social platforms.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic / visual / product design.
• Strong graphic design background (banners, decks, marketing visuals).
• Confident use of Figma and related tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with video content.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools.
• Strong visual taste and understanding of design trends.
• High level of ownership, self-organization, and responsibility.
