    As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Cruxlab, you will play a key role in building and scaling our lead generation engine. We are looking for a proactive and growth-driven professional who wants to directly influence pipeline development and business expansion.

    You will work closely with the CEO and sales team to design, test, and scale outbound and automated marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the B2B customer journey, enjoys structured experimentation, and is excited about turning ideas into measurable results.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the execution of multi-channel growth campaigns aligned with Cruxlab’s business goals
    • Build and optimize email marketing flows in HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, and lead nurturing sequences
    • Define and refine ICPs based on industries, buyer personas, and performance insights
    • Conduct market research and prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
    • Launch and manage outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, invitation messaging)
    • Develop and refine cold outreach techniques to improve response and conversion rates
    • Run A/B tests to validate messaging, campaign formats, and funnel improvements
    • Monitor and optimize the MQL - SQL lead funnel to improve lead quality and conversion rates
    • Analyze campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and identify optimization opportunities
    • Ensure proper CRM tracking, data hygiene, and reporting
    • Continuously test new growth ideas and validate what works and what doesn’t

     

    Requirements

    • 1- 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
    • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and customer journey (MQL/SQL)
    • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools
    • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign metrics
    • Fluent written English
    • Proactive, structured, and experiment-driven approach

       

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in IT / software development outsourcing
    • Experience targeting the North American market
    • Understanding of GDPR and cold outreach compliance
    • Experience with lead scoring and campaign performance dashboards
