Our client is a U.S.-based logistics and transportation company with over 10 years of experience in the industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.

They provide full training and all the tools needed to succeed in this role. It’s a great opportunity to dive into the world of logistics and grow into a long-term member of our international team.
 

🔧What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with customers daily via phone and email
• Coordinating logistics and handling dispatch processes
• Answering inbound calls from clients and vendors (a top priority)
• Working with databases and internal systems
• Providing friendly, helpful support to all customers
• Performing other duties as assigned by the team or business needs

✅What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office is a plus)
• Strong communication, self-organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
• Work from office in Lviv,
• A team player with a quick learning mindset
