Responsibilities
- Search and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Write and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening (profile review, basic qualification checks)
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (CleverStaff)
- Support recruiters in ongoing hiring processes
Participate in improving sourcing strategies and employer branding activities
Requirements
- Strong interest in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Good written communication skills in English (Intermediate or higher)
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and stay organized
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with LinkedIn Helper or similar tools
Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or Boolean search
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, job boards)
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or sales
