In this role, you will lead architectural decisions, guide engineers, and shape the evolution of LLM-powered data extraction, intelligent automation, and backend integrations within a mission-critical security platform. For the right candidate who excels in this role, there is a clear growth path toward a future CTO position.

🟠 About the project: our client is an established Silicon Valley company in the security domain, operating at the intersection of security, AI, and intelligent automation. Their platform streamlines security and compliance workflows by converting complex policies and contracts into structured, actionable insights.

🟠 Qualifications:

• Strong backend-focused full-stack engineer with TypeScript as a primary language.
• Solid experience with Node.js and working knowledge of React for frontend development.
• Strong experience with AI/LLM systems such as Amazon Bedrock and/or Google Vertex AI.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, LLM behavior, and large context window handling.
• Strong knowledge of graphs, graph data structures, and data extraction pipelines.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Comfortable with Terraform/Terragrunt and state-based deployments.
• Ability to work with WebSockets for real-time FE–BE communication.
• Ability to debug complex systems, fix bugs, and understand intricate architecture quickly.
• Experience with Neo4j or similar graph-based systems.
• Ability to lead technical direction and make architectural decisions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding the implementation of complex features.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, participate in customer-facing calls when needed, and translate requirements into feasible solutions.

🟠 Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for AI-driven components, backend services, and workflow automation features.
• Guide engineers in implementing best practices to ensure maintainable, scalable, and secure engineering solutions.
• Drive technical decision-making across AI, backend, and cloud infrastructure areas.
• Oversee the development of AI-driven capabilities that analyze security and compliance documents and produce structured insights.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and evaluation quality of LLM-based systems through systematic experiments and iteration.
• Review and refine backend integrations supporting the platform’s core security and compliance automation features.
• Ensure the platform’s stability, correctness, and high performance within a security-critical environment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the stack, improving architecture where needed.
• Work closely with engineering leadership, product, and other teams to align technical execution with business goals.

🟠 Details: we are looking for a Middle Python Developer with AI/ML Experience to help build a new AI module for an enterprise innovation management platform. You will develop a standalone AI service that powers idea collection, generation, and analysis, and integrate it into the existing .NET/React product. This role involves working closely with the founder and the internal engineering team to shape the platform's AI layer.

🟠 About the project: our client is developing a modern SaaS platform for enterprise innovation management that helps organizations collect, evaluate, and scale ideas across teams. The company is now building a dedicated AI module to automate idea generation, structure employee feedback, and surface actionable insights.

🟠 Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Python for backend and AI development.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines and production-level AI service architecture.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating AI components into existing systems.
• Solid understanding of information extraction, validation, and LLM-driven dialog flows.
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team and deliver end-to-end solutions.
