The Transformative Opportunity

This role goes beyond traditional engineering. You'll lead the development of our revolutionary AI Agent Orchestration Framework—the technological cornerstone of our business. In a focused 120-day engagement, you'll create a system that transforms how investors identify, analyze, and bid on county auction properties.

We're committed to building a lean, highly automated operation where AI agents handle the vast majority of tasks with minimal human intervention. Your architecture will maximize efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and create a scalable system that grows without proportional increases in human resources.

Your Mission-Critical Deliverables

1. Design and implement our proprietary 3-tier AI architecture (Strategic, Tactical, Operational)
2. Develop all 9 specialized agent clusters that form our competitive advantage
3. Create a highly automated system that minimizes human operational involvement
4. Architect intelligence systems that self-improve through feedback loops
5. Help us achieve our MVP target: 100+ paid subscribers within 120 days with minimal human touch

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture 

• Design autonomous systems that minimize or eliminate human operational involvement
• Architect the full three-tier orchestration framework that operates with minimal supervision
• Develop self-managing agent clusters that communicate and collaborate without human mediation
• Implement knowledge graph and intelligence systems that continuously improve themselves
• Create automated workflows that handle complex processes end-to-end
• Design self-healing, fault-tolerant architectures that maintain operational integrity

Competitive Intelligence 

• Build fully automated web crawling and detection-avoidance systems
• Implement self-operating reverse engineering capabilities
• Develop autonomous SEO intelligence systems that adapt to changing conditions
• Create competitive landscape mapping architecture that updates without human intervention
• Design ethical frameworks for autonomous intelligence gathering activities
• Architect systems that transform raw competitive data into actionable intelligence without manual analysis

Technical Leadership
