We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer (backend on Kotlin/Java) to work on our products and services that are being used by multiple businesses across Western Europe. Our team operates in a scaled agile approach across Europe with a headquarter in Bonn, Germany. It is responsible for the complete software development lifecycle; including ideation, implementation, and operation of the secure IoT software operating smart buildings and smart homes across the world.

Your skills: 

Backend: 

• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java for backend development.  
• Strong experience with Spring Boot framework.  
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.  
• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.  
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and patterns.  
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based deployments.  
• Proficiency in secure coding practices and understanding of security best practices for backend systems.  
• Familiarity with scalability strategies and performance optimization in backend services.  
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).  
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).  
• Experience with database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). 

Frontend: 

• Proficiency in React.js for building business applications (forms, lists, controls). 
• Experience with modern frontend development tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm). 
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. 
• Understanding of state management frameworks (e.g., Redux). 

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of additional programming languages or tools. 
• Experience in system architecture design and understanding of distributed systems.   
• Proficiency in designing user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance. 
• Knowledge of building automation and physical access control systems.

CoreWillSoft GmbH is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter (with a focus on sourcing) to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment team to understand our hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication and networking skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, social media, job boards to identify potential candidates.

- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and engagement.

- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements for open positions.

- Coordinate with recruiter to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

- Provide regular updates/reports on the status of sourcing efforts and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in the software development or technology industry.

- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online sourcing platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to recruiting.
