What is important for us

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, or Sales.
• Experience within FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or related ecosystems.
• Understanding of payment infrastructure, including PSPs, acquiring, payment flows, and merchant onboarding processes.
• Experience working with B2B partners and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sourcing, outreach, and partnership development through LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and other channels.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with PSPs, acquirers, payment gateways, or banking providers.
• Existing network within the payments ecosystem.
• Experience attending FinTech and Payments conferences.
• Experience with platform, marketplace, or ecosystem-driven products.

What you will do

• Build and grow PSP partnerships — develop and maintain relationships with payment providers, drive partner engagement and long-term collaboration, turn new contacts into active strategic partners.
• Source and validate new providers — іdentify relevant PSPs based on business and client needs, evaluate providers by geography, payment methods, vertical expertise, and risk profile, build and maintain a high-quality provider pipeline.
• Expand Corefy’s payment ecosystem — grow and nurture a network of PSPs, acquirers, and industry contacts, represent Corefy at industry events and conferences, create new partnership opportunities within the payments space.
• Contribute to PayAtlas development — сommunicate with PSPs listed in the PayAtlas ecosystem, maintain accurate provider information, identify potential integration and partnership opportunities.
• Support ecosystem operations — Conduct regular follow-ups with partners, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration, help resolve partnership-related challenges and maintain healthy relationships.

We are currently looking for an Account Executive who will help scale our sales and attract new clients in international markets.

What is important for us

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Experience managing complex B2B deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.

• Basic understanding of the payments ecosystem (PSP, acquiring, routing, payment methods).

What you will do

• Acquire new clients and convert leads into closed deals.
• Conduct discovery calls and analyze clients business models to understand their payment needs.
• Present Corefy solutions and demonstrate the value of payment orchestration.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with international clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Conduct online meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
• Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and track deal progress.
• Achieve defined KPI and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnership teams to grow sales.

Твоя мета — не просто передавати тікети далі, а самостійно вирішувати запити завдяки технічній кмітливості та готувати бездоганні завдання для команди розробки.
 

Вимоги до кандидата
 

• Маєш 1+ рік досвіду в технічній або навколотехнічній ролі: Technical Support L2/L3, QA Manual з API testing, Integration Support, Business/System Analyst, Support Engineer.
• Впевнене розуміння REST API та HTTP-протоколу (методи, статус-коди, хедери, структура request/response).
• Вміння читати та аналізувати JSON, працювати з Postman або Swagger.
• Навички troubleshooting-підходу: вміння порівнювати логи, виокремлювати помилки (timeout, declined responses) та будувати гіпотези на основі неповних даних.
• Англійська Intermediate+ (усні/письмові комунікації з внутрішніми та зовнішніми стейкхолдерами).
• Ownership mindset: ви не просто «пересилаєте таску далі», а намагаєтесь розібратися у першопричині і вирішити запит.
• Софт-скіли:
  • Аналітичне та структурне мислення, висока уважність до деталей.
  • Комунікаційна дисципліна: вміння перекладати з «технічної мови» на «бізнесову» для CS/AM і навпаки для розробників.
  • Стресостійкість та спокійна, системна реакція на критичні чи «термінові» запити.
     

Що буде плюсом
 

• Досвід роботи у PayTech / Fintech компаніях.
• Розуміння базових платіжних flow: authorization, capture, refund, void, payout, webhooks, а також статусів транзакцій (pending, declined, timeout).
• Базове знання SQL та системами логування та моніторингу (Kibana, Grafana, Sentry тощо).
• Досвід створення інструкцій, гайдів або статей для бази знань.
   

Обов’язки
 

• Прийом задач, пов’язаних з інтеграціями, від суміжних відділів та зовнішніх стейкхолдерів.
• Аналіз логів, запитів/відповідей, даних вебхуків та поточних конфігурацій. Класифікація проблем (баг, оновлення, збій провайдера, помилка налаштування), визначення критичності та впливу на бізнес.
• Самостійне вирішення запитів із налаштуваннями у межах доступів. Застосування стандартних тимчасових рішень (обхідних шляхів) без залучення розробки.
• Формування детальних завдань у Jira для команд інтеграції, бекенду та тестувальників.
• Відстеження оновлень/застарівання API та сторінок стану провайдерів. Первинний аналіз системних сповіщень, відсікання хибних спрацювань, ескалація реальних інцидентів.
• Документування повторюючих запитів, фіксація специфічних особливостей роботи провайдерів та оновлення інструкцій з пошуку помилок.
• Надання технічних апдейтів командам супроводу, взаємодія з підтримкою провайдерів. Суворе дотримання правил щодо непогоджених термінів реалізації для клієнтів.
