🔍 Search for leads on the Upwork platform

💬 Pre-qualify leads using available information, direct communication, and follow-ups

✏️ Craft personalized proposals for potential clients

⚙️ Track and manage sales activities in the internal CRM

🏋️ Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals

⭐ Will be a plus:

💻 Experience and knowledge in IT

📝 Strong written communication skills

🌍 Upper-Intermediate English proficiency to communicate effectively with leads

🔄 Ability to multitask and handle multiple proposals and conversations simultaneously
