💻 The Role

We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer with a strong understanding of BLoC, Clean Architecture, and a passion for delivering high-quality apps. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience building and deploying mobile apps using Flutter and has a hands-on approach to working with third-party technologies like Intercom, Mixpanel, Flagsmith, and Sentry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Implement clean and scalable architecture using BLoC and best practices to ensure a smooth development process.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to help shape the product vision and direction.
• Integrate third-party technologies like Intercom, Mixpanel, Flagsmith, and Sentry into mobile applications.
• Manage releases on the App Store and Play Store, ensuring smooth deployment and updates.
• Write unit tests using Mockito and bloc_test to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Work in a fast-paced, startup environment, balancing multiple tasks and delivering features quickly to test and iterate.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, mobile development, and tech trends to continuously improve skills and processes.
• Contribute to strategy meetings and other initiatives, including volunteering and helping develop business growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience with Flutter development.
• Strong communication skills and a good level of English
• Knowledge of BLoC and Clean Architecture principles.
• Experience working with Dio for API calls and data management.
• Familiarity with unit testing using tools like Mockito and bloc_test.
• Previous experience managing app releases on both the App Store and Play Store.
• Experience with third-party integrations, such as Intercom, Mixpanel, Flagsmith, and Sentry.
• You love to work in a startup environment, with a hands-on, “get things done” attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with product teams to define and refine product vision and features.
• Passion for technology trends and staying up-to-date with developments in the tech industry.
• A genuine interest in using technology to improve people’s lives and contribute to meaningful projects.

Nice to Haves

• In depth knowledge on app performance and optimisation.
• Experience working with Node.js and React.
• Background or experience in the fitness-related app industry.
• Knowledge of or experience working with machine learning projects or developing related features.

💻 The Role

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with a strong understanding of NodeJS, TypeScript, and a passion for delivering reliable and functional backend code. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience building and delivering backend code using Express/Nest/Koa and has a experience working with PostgreSQL database, Redis cache.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain backend code using NodeJS (Koa).
• Collaborate closely with the product team to help shape the product vision and direction.
• Integrate third-party libraries/APIs like Garmin API, Strava API Intercom, Mixpanel, Google APIs.
• Work in a fast-paced, startup environment, balancing multiple tasks and delivering features quickly to test and iterate.
• Continuously work on code quality improvement, and implement tests.
• Contribute to strategy meetings and other initiatives, including volunteering and helping develop business growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong communication skills and a good level of English
• Knowledge of API versioning
• Familiarity with GitFlow
• You love to work in a startup environment, with a hands-on, “get things done” attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with product teams to define and refine product vision and features.
• Passion for technology trends and staying up-to-date with developments in the tech industry.
• A genuine interest in using technology to improve people’s lives and contribute to meaningful projects

Nice to Haves

• In depth knowledge on code performance and optimisation.
• Experience working with React.
• Experience working with AWS (Lamda, S3, EC2, CloudWatch)
• Experience working with Garmin API, Strava API
• Background or experience in the fitness-related app industry.

• Code health monitoring using Datadog, Newrelic, Sentry
