We’re looking for a Senior Machine Learning / Data Science Engineer to join an international AI-focused team working on real-world, production-level ML solutions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has built, deployed, and scaled ML models in production, not just experimented in notebooks.
What you’ll be working on
- Designing, building, and improving machine learning models for real-world use cases
- Working with large, complex datasets (structured & unstructured)
- Developing and optimizing data pipelines and feature engineering processes
- Deploying ML models into production environments and maintaining them
- Collaborating with engineers, product, and stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
- Monitoring model performance and continuously improving accuracy and efficiency
What we’re looking for
- 6–10 years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science roles
- Strong background in Machine Learning algorithms (supervised & unsupervised learning)
- Solid experience with Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Experience working with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Spark — at least some of these)
- Proven experience deploying ML models to production
- Understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- MLOps experience (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, pipelines)
- Background in AI-driven products or startups
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams
