We’re winners of a Ukrainian startup competition (non-equity grant), alumni of Techstars Tokyo 2025, backed by angel investors, and already working with paying customers in the US.

The vacancy is written in English, but day-to-day communication is in Ukrainian.
English B2+ is required because our clients and target market are US-based.
What you will do- Drive development of Contera’s Google Ads automation module (analysis → campaign creation → optimization).
- Perform manual sanity checks on account analysis to help improve AI decision-making.
- Work directly with the founder on new features, UX, and strategic product direction.
- Translate insights into clear tasks for developers (tech-friendly & no-code mindset is important).
- Communicate with customers to understand pain points and turn them into product improvements.
- Define product requirements, flows, roadmap, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with data, analytics, and LLM/AI workflows (no deep ML knowledge required).
- Ensure fast, consistent delivery and high-quality updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management or Product Marketing (preferably SaaS or AdTech).
- Strong understanding of marketing, performance campaigns, funnels, analytics.
- Experience with Google Ads (basic knowledge is enough if you understand it conceptually).
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Strong ownership mindset – this is not a corporate role.
- Ability to prioritize, structure chaos, and deliver fast.
- English B2+ (reading/writing; calls optional).
