    We are now looking for a Data Analyst to be the bridge between raw data and strategic decisions for our clients!

     

    You could be a perfect match for the position if you want to:

    • Build cutting-edge analytical reports from the ground up based on specific client requests.
    • Maintain and continuously update our library of existing analytical reports, ensuring they are accurate and relevant.
    • Own the support and regular refresh of our core analytical reports.
    • Explore new data analysis tools and actively research their potential for integration into our product suite.
    • Drive A/B tests and Proof-of-Concept (POC) experiments by building and supporting the dashboards necessary for their analysis and providing crucial performance insights.
    • Prepare detailed Client financial metrics performance reports to give our Client Success team a clear overview of client health, value, and potential risks.
    • Support the Client Success team directly in the preparation of client-facing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

       

    To be successful in this role, you have:

    • Strong analytical and robust problem-solving skills.
    • The ability to critically analyze and assess the feasibility of new reporting or analytical features.
    • Proven experience in translating business requirements into clear, actionable report specifications.
    • Proficiency in at least one major BI platform (Looker, PowerBI, or ClickUp) for report development and dashboard creation.
    • The ability to work fluently with BigQuery, including writing complex SQL queries, data extraction, and validation.
    • Solid experience in preparing, calculating, and interpreting performance metrics.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
    • Prior experience within the retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
