Our main office is located in Dnipro.

Requirements:

● 1.5+ years of experience in a similar position;
● Upper-Intermediate English or higher ( так як буде багато комунікації з німецькими колегами);
● Agile knowledge and mindset;
● Solid understanding of SDLC;
● Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
● Strong self-management and ability to work in dynamic conditions;
● Dedication to results and problem-solving aptitude;
● Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously;
● Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.

Would be a plus:

● Agile Team Facilitation certification

● German B1

Responsibilities:

● Effectively manage and facilitate sprint ceremonies to support development and delivery
● Measure project ( stream) performance, identify improvement areas, and manage the backlog;
● Ensure that requirements are met according to the deadline and priority.
● Apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) effectively;
● Coordinate workload;
● Demonstrate strong communication and conflict-resolution skills;
● Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement;
● Reporting to upper management and stakeholders about projects progress.  
● Identify pain points for Agile team and bring in fresh practical ideas
● Support the product owner and provide education where needed especially in Product Backlog health, Dependency Management to better manage Releases

Requirements:

• Experience as a System Administrator ( 2 years +) 
• Knowledge of MacOS at the administrator level
• Network Technologies
• Basic knowledge of remote desktops and the principles of the thin clients
• Knowledge of the basics of information security
• Knowledge of ISO27001, ISO27002 and similar documents and experience with ISO/IEC 27001 certification audits in information security
• Understanding the basic aspects of information security and network components (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs)
• English: Intermediate (B1-В2). Fluent level is welcome

Would be a plus:

• Experience in supporting or taking part in corporate inventory checks

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and enforcing security policies
• Monitoring security events and incidents
• Conducting risk assessments and security audits
• Managing cybersecurity tools and protection systems
• Delivering information security awareness training for employees
• Ensuring compliance with standards and requirements (ISO 27001)
• Creating, reviewing, and regularly updating ISO 27001 documentation (Confluence)

This role is new to our company, and the specialist will be the first to establish and develop this area.

Project: TIONA is a digital management platform for efficient working and seamless collaboration. We provide companies with an all-in-one solution that integrates communication tools, project management, document storage, AI-powered support, and customer portals—enabling teams to work smarter, faster, and more connected.

The Role
We're looking for a Proxy Product Owner to join our cross-functional product team. You'll bridge business stakeholders and engineering, translating user needs into actionable requirements while driving data-informed product decisions. Reporting to the Head of Product and Quality, you'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Designers, Product Managers, and Solution Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Delivery

 
Manage the product backlog: write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work for your team
Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) together with a Scrum Master
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and tasks
Create mockups/wireframes to validate concepts before development

 
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

 
Align cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, business) on product goals and timelines for your team's zone
Support product zone roadmap planning and ensure transparency across stakeholders
Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement

 
Analytics & Documentation

 
Define and track product KPIs and success metrics
Set up analytics for product zone from scratch
Maintain clear product documentation and communicate updates effectively
Support data-driven decision-making across the team

Requirements:

 
Must-Have

 
2+ years in product ownership, product management, or similar role
Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working in agile teams
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align stakeholders
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and user behavior
Proactive problem-solver who proposes solutions independently
English: Intermediate+ level (written and spoken)
Power user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Familiarity with vibe coding tools (Cursor, Lovable, Vercel, Replit, etc.)
Experience in SaaS, collaboration platforms, or B2B software

 
Nice-to-Have

 
Experience setting up zone analytics from scratch (KPIs, tracking, dashboards)
German language skills (big plus!)
Background in product discovery techniques (user interviews, A/B testing, prototyping)

• Мікросервісна архітектура: впевнено працюєш з Docker, Kubernetes.

• API: у тебе є досвід створення RESTful API.
• Тестування: вмієш писати модульні тести.
