You’ll join a strong and stable team of 40+ experienced professionals, most of whom have been part of the project for over 3 years. We value expertise, open communication, and long-term collaboration.

Location
Our main office is located in Dnipro.

We’re now expanding the team to meet growing client needs and continue the sustainable growth of the project 

Requirements:

● 1.5+ years of experience in a similar position;
● Upper-Intermediate English or higher ( так як буде багато комунікації з німецькими колегами);
● Agile knowledge and mindset;
● Solid understanding of SDLC;
● Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
● Strong self-management and ability to work in dynamic conditions;
● Dedication to results and problem-solving aptitude;
● Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously;
● Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.

Would be a plus:

● Agile Team Facilitation certification

● German B1

Responsibilities:

● Effectively manage and facilitate sprint ceremonies to support development and delivery
● Measure project ( stream) performance, identify improvement areas, and manage the backlog;
● Ensure that requirements are met according to the deadline and priority.
● Apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) effectively;
● Coordinate workload;
● Demonstrate strong communication and conflict-resolution skills;
● Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement;
● Reporting to upper management and stakeholders about projects progress.  
● Identify pain points for Agile team and bring in fresh practical ideas
● Support the product owner and provide education where needed especially in Product Backlog health, Dependency Management to better manage Releases

Project Description:

TiONA is a communication platform for company employees with integrated tools for process management.
The main goal of the project is to create a reliable and user-friendly collaboration space tailored for the German market.
Development processes are based on the Agile methodology.

Location: Office in Dnipro (Ukraine), remote work is also possible.
Team: 40+ experienced professionals.
We are actively scaling the team to meet growing market demands and ensure rapid development of the TiONA platform.

Requirements:

— 2+ years of Manual QA/ Web and mobile testing experience; 

— understanding of the testing process, testing methodologies and a life cycle of software; 

— experience to write test cases; 

— experience with Postman 

— English level — Intermediate or higher; 

— good analytical skills; 

— attention to details; 

— good communication skills, experience of working in a team; 

— Interested in communication and creating of technical documentation

Will be a plus: 

— experience of work within SAFe framework; 

— experience in domains — E-commerce, Finance; 

— German language

Responsibilities: 

— API Testing 

— preparing test data using SQL queries 

— designing relevant test cases 

— defining of quality gates 

— analysis and testing of requirements 

— communication with Product Owners and Business Analysts

Stages of communication for the vacancy:

1. Dialogue with the Recruiter in a chat format (only the most important issues are discussed)

2. Online call: 30 minutes detailed discussion of the vacancy with the Recruiter

3. Completion of a test task

4. English level check, 10 minutes

5. Technical interview with Tech Lead and Onboarding guide (60-90 minutes)

Requirements:

• Experience as a System Administrator ( 2 years +) 
• Knowledge of MacOS at the administrator level
• Network Technologies
• Basic knowledge of remote desktops and the principles of the thin clients
• Knowledge of the basics of information security
• Knowledge of ISO27001, ISO27002 and similar documents and experience with ISO/IEC 27001 certification audits in information security
• Understanding the basic aspects of information security and network components (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs)
• English: Intermediate (B1-В2). Fluent level is welcome

Would be a plus:

• Experience in supporting or taking part in corporate inventory checks

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and enforcing security policies
• Monitoring security events and incidents
• Conducting risk assessments and security audits
• Managing cybersecurity tools and protection systems
• Delivering information security awareness training for employees
• Ensuring compliance with standards and requirements (ISO 27001)
• Creating, reviewing, and regularly updating ISO 27001 documentation (Confluence)
• Collaborating with German colleagues on ISMS-related tasks (document preparation, reporting, participation in meetings)

This role is new to our company, and the specialist will be the first to establish and develop this area.

Твої обовʼязки:

• Розробка backend-частини: ти створюватимеш нові мікросервіси, працюватимеш над розширенням існуючих, писатимеш модульні тести
• Інтеграція систем: налаштуватимеш та інтегруватимеш різні технології (OracleDB, Redis, Consul, Docker, Kubernetes) для забезпечення безперебійної роботи системи
• Оптимізація: працюватимеш над усуненням вузьких місць, над покращенням продуктивності системи

• Співпраця з командою: співпрацюватимеш з frontend-розробниками, DevOps-інженерами та іншими учасниками команди для досягнення спільних цілей

   

Твій досвід:

• Глибоке розуміння Java: маєш досвід роботи зі Spring Framework, знаєш та використовуєш патерни проєктування.
• Мікросервісна архітектура: впевнено працюєш з Docker, Kubernetes.
• Бази даних: знаєш OracleDB, маєш практичний досвід налаштування та використання Redis, Rabbit.
• API: у тебе є досвід створення RESTful API.
• Тестування: вмієш писати модульні тести.
• Маєш досвід роботи з GIT.
• Англійська мова: впевнено розмовляєш та пишеш англійською (Intermediate/B1+).
• Буде перевагою: досвід налаштування MinIO, досвід роботи з Graylog, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace.
