    Hey everyone! My name is Karina, and I’m the founder of Collab IT - a growing agency focused on creating and improving user experience for Shopify projects.

     

    At Collab IT, we believe in a human-centered approach - both in how we work with our clients and within our team. Our main markets are Europe and the US, and right now we’re looking for a self-driven Lead Generator who can independently lead and scale our sales direction on Upwork.

     

    We’re looking for someone proactive, thoughtful, and full of ideas - a person who doesn’t just send bids, but understands how to build a strong, sustainable lead generation process.

     

    This role is a great fit if you:

     

    • Have proven experience working with Upwork and generating qualified leads
    • Know how to build, test, and optimize lead generation processes
    • Write strong, custom proposals - no automation, no templates
    • Enjoy professional, personalized communication with clients
    • Stay up to date with Upwork algorithms and adapt strategies accordingly
    • Have experience with email outreach and LinkedIn - a big plus, especially if you’re open to helping us grow these channels at the early stage

     

    Your main responsibilities:

     

    • Sending at least 50 custom bids per week (Shopify & design-related projects)
    • Managing written communication with potential clients until handoff or deal progress
    • Maintaining sales and lead analytics tracking key metrics such as response rate, conversion, and lead quality
    • Analyzing results on a regular basis and adjusting strategy, positioning, and proposals based on performance data
    • Improving and updating Upwork profiles, tools, and workflows to continuously increase lead quality
    • Supporting early-stage development of email and LinkedIn outreach as additional lead channels
