    What you’ll do:

    • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage high-potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
    • Qualification: Vet inbound leads to assess their hiring needs and readiness to engage.
    • Pipeline Building: Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team by managing and growing your own pipeline of prospects.
    • Reactivation: Reconnect with previously engaged leads to uncover new opportunities and requalify them.
    • Collaboration: Partner with AEs, Product, Marketing, and Matching teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and client experience.
    • Process Improvement: Help test and optimize outreach cadences, messaging, and sales workflows using data and feedback.
    • CRM Hygiene: Keep HubSpot and Apollo data clean and updated — because good data = better results.
       

    What you’ll need:

    • 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or client-facing sales role (ideally in tech, SaaS, or marketplaces).
    • Strong written and spoken English (our entire team communicates in English).
    • Excellent communication skills — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and lead a conversation.
    • Ideally, experience in cold calling.
    • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRMs/outreach platforms.
    • Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in startups and tech.
    • Comfortable working across time zones — most of our clients are in the US (NY & SF).

Here we reveal some of the magic that turns thousands of candidates into 1.2% of the chosen ones, ready to make your next project a blast. We need a recruiter to bring the best developers to the community to cover the client's needs.     What you'll be doing:

    • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;
    • Screen and evaluate candidates' skills through interviews and assessments;
    • Collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Success representatives to source developers for specific projects; 
    • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial outreach to CV polishing and onboarding; 
    • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in our ATS;
    • Keep up with industry trends and propose improved sourcing and recruitment strategies;
    • Join and take part in creating activities such as educational digests, team retrospectives, and learning workshops.
       

    What we're looking for:
