Responsibilities:- Searching and selecting candidates (we focus on middle and senior specialists).
- Conducting initial screening of candidates, including in English.
- Documenting screening outcomes according to corporate standards.
- Maintaining and developing the candidate database, ensuring effective feedback and communication with potential employees.
- Collaborating with the HR team to clarify candidate requirements and assist in onboarding new hires.

Requirements:- Proficiency in English at the B2 level and above;
- Knowledge of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, etc.) and awareness of current market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and effective time management.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience successfully filling IT vacancies in Europe would be an advantage.
