Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage Google Adwords campaigns from scratch, establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, mobile app installs, and conversions, focusing on the US market as well as global traffic.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, optimizing for the best possible ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine paid search strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Google Adwords management, with proven success in creating and scaling campaigns.
- Experience in launching new campaigns and driving significant growth from the ground up.
- Experience working with US and worldwide traffic and handling mobile ad campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially when working with design teams to craft engaging ad creatives.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with additional ad platforms like Facebook Ads or TikTok Ads.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage an SEO-first content calendar; brief and coordinate external writers when needed.
- Lead backlink outreach and paid link placements to lift domain authority.
- Run LinkedIn & X (Twitter): plan posts, grow community, track engagement.
- Create or oversee ads and social creatives using Canva/Figma.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads for high-quality lead generation.
