    We’re looking for a structured and data-driven Outreach Automation Specialist to join our team.

    You’ll run high-performing LinkedIn and email campaigns — building, optimizing, and maintaining multi-profile operations that drive real engagement. We need someone proactive, analytical, and curious, who loves turning data into action and making systems more efficient every week.

     

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in outreach automation
    • Background in engineering, computer science, data, or analytics (or equivalent hands-on expertise)
    • Proficiency with Linked Helper (workflows, queues, safety limits) and LinkedIn (core + Sales Navigator)
    • Strong skills in CSV/data wrangling (Excel/Google Sheets and ideally Python/pandas)
    • Experience with at least one email platform (e.g. SendGrid, Mailgun, or Postmark) and CRM syncing
    • Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership, and attention to detail
    • Upper-intermediate (B2+) English or higher — written and spoken

    Nice to have:

    • Experience managing secure, multi‑profile LinkedIn operations (sessions, device profiles, non‑overlapping activity windows).
    • Basic scripting (Python) for data cleaning and reporting.
    • Familiarity with DMARC monitoring and DNS change management.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage LinkedIn campaigns across 10–20 profiles using Linked Helper
      Build and optimise outreach sequences that combine LinkedIn and email touchpoints
    • Ensure all actions follow LinkedIn rules and best practices to keep accounts safe
    • Set up and maintain email domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and monitor deliverability rates
    • Create and follow domain warm-up plans before scaling email volumes
    • Keep contact lists clean and organised (remove duplicates, validate, segment leads)
    • Test and improve outreach messages through regular A/B experiments
    • Track and report weekly campaign performance — reach, replies, conversions, etc.
