Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in B2B Marketing and Cold Lead Generation.
English:
- Intermediate (B1) or higher
- Ability to write clear outreach messages and hold written conversations
Fundamentals:
- Experience with cold email or LinkedIn outreach
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and sequences
- Ability to build and adapt message sequences
- Copywriting for outreach messages and emails

- Build and maintain active B2B lead generation pipelines and marketing automation workflows:
- Set up and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach
- Create, test, and optimize message sequences
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Communicate with potential leads and handle responses
- Set up and manage outreach and automation workflows
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, paid ads, and email
- Coordinate branding and positioning with designers
- Manage and supervise clients' social media presence
- Track performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements
- Support broader marketing initiatives when needed
