And now we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help us scale even faster. This role will play a key part in driving our growth strategy, acquiring new users globally, and expanding our impact in the EdTech space.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a paid user acquisition strategy on the Meta platform.
• Management of marketing campaigns to achieve business goals, evaluating campaign performance based on both marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CR, CPA) and product metrics (LTV, ROI).
• Testing to identify the most effective combinations of creatives, funnels, and audiences.
• Close collaboration with creative, product and analytics teams.
• Conducting market research and generating new ideas and concepts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably in B2C or subscription-based products.
• Proven track record of managing Meta Ads at scale (other channels are a plus: Google, TikTok, X ads, Pinterest Ads etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with testing and optimizing campaigns for growth and profitability.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build and scale UA processes from the ground up.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with product, creative and analytics teams.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

📍 Key Responsibilities:

Microservices Development: Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Go. 
CI/CD Optimization: Build and refine CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, delivery, and deployment processes. 
Infrastructure Management: Maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment environments to ensure system reliability. 
Engineering Excellence: Uphold high standards through rigorous code reviews, automated testing. 

📍Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
Core Engineering: Strong fundamentals in software design, focusing on writing clean, flexible, and scalable code. 
Go Expertise: Proven hands-on experience developing backend applications with Go. 
API & Data: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and proficiency in working with SQL databases. 
Containerization: Practical experience with Docker for containerizing applications and managing environments.

• 2+ роки досвіду в дизайні для performance-маркетингу (Facebook Ads).
• Вільне володіння Figma та Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop).
• Глибоке розуміння основ композиції, типографіки та теорії кольору.
• Вміння працювати в межах брендбуку (brand guidelines), пропонуючи при цьому інноваційні та свіжі ідеї.

Ключові обов'язки:

• Співпраця з маркетинговою командою для створення візуально вражаючих дизайн-рішень для онлайн-кампаній та соціальних мереж.
• Активна участь у генерації ідей та командних брейнштормах.
• Дизайн статичних та motion-креативів.
• Забезпечення єдності візуального стилю бренду в усіх маркетингових матеріалах.
• Відстеження трендів у дизайні та впровадження свіжих ідей у маркетингові стратегії, щоб виділити Codefinity на конкурентному ринку.
