- Ability to work within brand guidelines while delivering innovative and fresh ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually striking designs for online campaigns and social media.

- Design static and motion graphics creatives.

- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials.

If you can identify a product’s key strengths and translate them into new creative formats, propose visual solutions for different audiences, go beyond references by creating your own design concepts and understand how to integrate AI tools into your workflow (e.g. generating variations, using Figma AI prompts or ChatGPT) — then you should definitely join us!

Codefinity is a fast-growing EdTech company on a mission to make tech education accessible, engaging and truly practical. We help people from all over the world master in-demand programming skills and build meaningful careers in tech.

Our platform has already empowered hundreds of thousands of learners globally — from complete beginners to industry professionals — through interactive, hands-on courses designed to accelerate real skill growth.

This isn’t a position where you support creatives and write briefs for designers.

This is an opportunity to become one of the first key people in the project and build the Creative Marketing function practically from scratch — from finding new creative angles and building testing processes to forming your own team. As the company grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into Creative Marketing Lead.

If you’re interested not just in creating creatives, but in building a system that determines the growth rate of the entire business — this role is for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Building creative strategy for scaling Meta and other advertising channels.
• Generating, testing, and scaling new creative angles, concepts, storylines, and advertising approaches.
• Building a continuous creative testing system: from insight analysis to the production pipeline.
• Managing the full creative production cycle: setting tasks for graphic and motion designers.
• Analyzing creative performance together with the UA team and making data-driven decisions.
• Ongoing analysis of competitors, ad libraries, trends, and best practices in mobile subscription products.
• Working with the product team to find new advertising hooks and improve conversion.

• Building and developing your own Creative Marketing team.

Who we’re looking for:

• 2–5+ years of experience in Creative Marketing, Creative Strategy, or User Acquisition.
• Experience creating and scaling advertising creatives for Meta.
• Deep understanding of why advertising creatives work or don’t work.
• Experience building hypothesis testing processes and fast iteration.
• Ability to work with creative analytics and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong sense of marketing, storytelling, and user psychology.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a function, not just execute tasks.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in subscription products.
• Understanding of how different product monetization models work and how content affects engagement and retention.

• Experience working with AI tools for photo/video generation and creative production automation.

Benefits

• Work on a high-impact EdTech product within an ambitious global team
• 20 working days of paid vacation per year, plus public holidays.
• An office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.
• Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.
• Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.
• Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.
• In-office medical support and professional massage services
• Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.
