We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team.

About the project: a biometric identity platform. The libraries we build encapsulate handling of biometric data and drive access-level logic across consumer applications — a regulated domain with hard constraints on how data is stored and used. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, build and maintain TypeScript libraries and reusable packages consumed by other product teams 
• Build reusable React components and modules with clean, type-safe public APIs 
• Define and maintain state management patterns at the library level 
• Own versioning and backward compatibility: semver, changesets, breaking-change policy, migration guides 
• Maintain the build and publish pipeline: bundling (Rollup / tsup / Vite), ESM + CJS output, tree-shaking, bundle-size budgets, peer dependencies 
• Encode access-control rules in the type system so consumers cannot access or render data beyond their permission level 
• Cover libraries with unit and type-level tests; keep the public API stable and regression-safe 
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development workflows 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to internal engineering standards 

Requirements 

• 7+ years of commercial experience in front-end development 
• Proven experience building and maintaining TypeScript libraries/packages consumed by other teams  
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript: generics, conditional and mapped types, discriminated unions, branded types, declaration output 
• Experience with state management solutions 
• Experience with monorepo tooling (pnpm workspaces, Nx or Turborepo) 
• Strong hands-on experience with React 
• Testing: Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library, type-level testing (tsd / expect-type) 
• Solid understanding of REST services and API contract design 
• Understanding of access-control models (RBAC / ABAC) 
  Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) 
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher 
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented

Codebridge is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to own deals for our AI-first engineering business end to end — discovery to close, on calls with US/UK founders and executives. We sell with deep research and working prototypes, not decks. Hiring is just as direct: one test task, one call.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle: qualify inbound leads, run discovery, shape the offer, negotiate, close
• Run calls with US/UK founders and executives solo from week one
• Turn deep research into deal strategy: who decides, what they actually care about, and what we put in front of them
• Put a simple Claude Code prototype on the table when it moves a deal — with our engineers behind you for anything bigger
• Work a warm, automated inbound pipeline — the admin runs itself, the selling is yours
• Feed what you hear on calls back into how Codebridge positions and packages its offer

Requirements:

• 4+ years selling IT/software services to US/UK businesses — real full-cycle experience, not lead-gen handoffs
• Closed services deals you can walk through in detail, including engagements of $50K and up
• Deep research and social selling as a daily habit: LinkedIn and the open web, not purchased lists
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools, able to build a simple prototype with Claude Code or similar — the test task will ask you to prove it
• Availability overlapping UK/US working hours — that's where our calls live
• As comfortable running a discovery call as taking a prospect's product apart the night before — often for the same deal
• Advanced English or higher — every call, including your interview, is in English

• Work inside an automated pipeline: the admin is automated, the thinking is yours

Requirements:

• No sales experience required — we hire for judgment, curiosity, and speed, not a track record
• Research obsession: given a name and a company, you come back with what matters — not a data dump
• Completely at home on social networks, LinkedIn above all: finding people, reading what they post — and what they don't
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools — you can put a simple working prototype together with Claude Code, v0, or Lovable, no engineering background needed (the test task will ask you to prove it)

We're looking for a Python Backend Developer with a strong algorithmic mindset to join a sea transport logistics project. You'll be working on route optimization — designing and implementing algorithms and calculation models that solve concrete business problems in shipping and freight planning.  

Responsibilities: 

• Implement features and resolve bugs using AI coding tools as your primary workflow 
• Work with geospatial data: coordinates, routes, distance and travel-time calculations, coordinate transformations 
• Integrate and work with mapping / geolocation services (e.g. Google Maps APIs) for geocoding, distance matrices, and route data 
• Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) as a primary part of your workflow to close a high volume of tasks 

• Document the logic behind your solutions so the team can reason about it after you 

   

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of production Python experience with a focus on algorithmic and computational tasks  
• Experience with optimization problems: route optimization, scheduling, resource allocation, or an adjacent class of problem 
• Working knowledge of graph algorithms and algorithmic complexity  
• Experience working with geospatial data (coordinates, distances, GeoJSON or similar) 
• Hands-on experience with optimization libraries — OR-Tools, NetworkX, PuLP, SciPy.optimize 
• Daily working experience with Claude Code, Cursor or similar AI coding tools 
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher 

Nice to Have: 

• Mathematical background: linear programming, combinatorial optimization, operations research, graph theory, statistics 
• Experience with Google Maps Platform APIs (Distance Matrix, Directions, Geocoding) or equivalents 
• Docker, basic cloud familiarity
