- Become an autonomous team member, rather than a project contributor.

- Build and maintain Node.js backend services for content migration pipelines
- Design and implement data transformation layers that map legacy CMS content to Arc XP's format
- Debug and resolve data inconsistencies across source and target systems
- Implement reusable component library following Arc design patterns
- Optimize frontend performance and maintain clean component architecture
- Ensure proper accessibility and responsive design
🎯You’re the right candidate if you have
- 4+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
3+ years of Node.js backend development - 3+ years of React development
- Experience with Core Web Vitals optimisation, web analytics, and accessibility standards
- Good understanding of REST API
- Knowledge of Redis (caching, pub/sub, queues);
- Basic knowledge of Docker and experience with containers.
English proficiency at B2 level or above - Experience reading and understanding existing codebases quickly
- Can write code that others can read and maintain
- Clear and thorough understanding of design patterns and software development best practices
