Requirements:

• English — upper-intermediate and higher (speaking and writing)

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in technical support
• Experience with databases and SQL
• Experience with API
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)
• Familiarity with log analysis
• Familiarity with product development life-cycle
• Familiarity with iOS, iPadOS
• Familiarity with any programming language
   

Responsibilities:

• Working on resolving clients issues
• Client communication and issue ownership
• Meeting SLA for owned issues
• Maintain strict and professional communication with other department

Work Schedule: 
Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days of remote work.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with preparing automation scenarios using Terraform
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with deploying and supporting infrastructure on public clouds (GCP and Tencent will be a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Understanding of network concepts - firewalls, VPN, peering (for public clouds)
• English - pre-intermediate or better

Responsibilities:

• System availability and performance monitoring, on the both infrastructure and application levels.
• Planned infrastructure and application updates.
• New environments’ deployment.
• Changing of the existing infrastructure according to the requirements.
• Other tasks related to the system functionality

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge and understanding of programming
• Basic knowledge and understanding of OOP
• Basic knowledge of Swift
• Basic knowledge of SwiftUI
• Basic knowledge of UIKit
• Understanding of iOS user interface guidelines and best practices
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Basic knowledge of HTTP and networking
• Intermediate English or higher
