We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help our teams succeed and ensure effective communication at all stages of development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate+.
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Solid understanding of the web/mobile development life cycle and project planning.
• Hands-on experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack
• Background in QA or BA roles will be considered a plus.
   

Responsibilities:

• Communication with both the team and clients.
• Team management & coordination (task distribution, resource allocation).
• Planning project schedule, budget, and resources.
• Ensuring transparency of processes for all stakeholders.
• Defining success criteria and project development strategies.
• Risk management and change control.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will help shape products from idea to launch — ensuring clarity of requirements, transparent communication, and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria in Gherkin format).
• Communicating with stakeholders and aligning the project scope.
• Supporting the development team by clarifying requirements and maintaining documentation.
• Describing business processes using BPMN, UML, User Flow.
• Managing and maintaining the backlog in Jira / Confluence.
• Participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Validating requirements together with QA and the client.
• Conducting competitor analysis and market research.
• Preparing presentations, diagrams, and documentation for clients.
  
   

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and Waterfall.
• Understanding of requirement types, hierarchy, and interconnections.
• Experience writing User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Ability to decompose business goals, epics, or requirements into manageable, measurable components (features, user stories, tasks).
• Understanding of INVEST and SMART principles.
• Experience in modeling business processes (UML, BPMN).
• Understanding of backlog management and prioritization methods (MoSCoW, WSJF).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io / Lucidchart, Figma.
• Understanding of mobile and web application principles.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly — both written and verbal.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2).
• Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Teamwork and empathy in communication with clients.

• Experience in Discovery and Presale stages.
• Experience in FinTech, Marketplace, Healthcare domains.

Вимоги:

• досвід роботи на позиції DevOps та адміністрування серверів Linux (Amazon Linux, Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS) від 3 років;
• досвід роботи та побудови високонадійних систем в AWS, від 2 років;
• практичні навички роботи з додатками, побудованими на Docker, в т.ч. docker-compose, Swarm/K8s, ECS/EKS;
• прикладний досвід застосування підходу IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation);
• навички конфігурування віддалених систем за допомогою Ansible, AWS OpsWorks;
• адміністрування SQL серверів (MySQL, PostgreSQL), розуміння процесу реплікації даних; 
• адміністрування NoSQL серверів (MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB etc.) та усунення несправностей у них;
• досвід налаштування, оптимізації, усунення несправностей у роботі веб-сервера Nginx;
• навички менторства, роботи та комунікації у команді;
• розуміння роботи мережі, а також зміцнення аспектів безпеки системи/інфраструктури.

• сертифікати AWS і Linux;
• рівень англійської Intermediate і вище.

Обов'язки:

• підтримка та розгортання інфраструктури AWS;
• оптимізація процесів CI/CD для розробки та тестування;
