Cleveroad is expanding its portfolio of projects — both new initiatives and ongoing ones.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help our teams succeed and ensure effective communication at all stages of development.

Cleveroad is a software development company specializing in web and mobile solutions across multiple industries: PropTech, FinTech, Healthcare, Logistics, Media & Entertainment, and more.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate+.
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Solid understanding of the web/mobile development life cycle and project planning.
• Hands-on experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack
• Background in QA or BA roles will be considered a plus.
   

Responsibilities:

• Communication with both the team and clients.
• Team management & coordination (task distribution, resource allocation).
• Planning project schedule, budget, and resources.
• Ensuring transparency of processes for all stakeholders.
• Defining success criteria and project development strategies.
• Risk management and change control.
• Monitoring project compliance with budget, deadlines, and requirements.

Що нам важливо:

• Впевнене користування Figma.
• Маєш освіту в напрямку компʼютерних наук, дизайну, інженерії або суміжних технічних спеціальностей.
• Розбираєшся в композиції, кольорах, типографіці.
• Знаєш основи Material Design або Human Interface Guidelines.
• Є інтерес до продуктового/дизайн-мислення і візуальна чутливість.
• Можеш читати та писати англійською на рівні pre-intermediate або вище.
• Проактивність, комунікабельність та відкритість до фідбеку - допоможуть в командній роботі.

Добре, якщо маєш:

• Портфоліо (навіть навчальні роботи - ок).
• Досвід з анімацією.
• Досвід із Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / AE.
• Пройдені курси з дизайну, UI/UX.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Опануєш підхід до дизайну в мобільних і веб-проєктах.
• Проєктуватимеш вайрфрейми, інтерфейси, створюватимеш інтерактивні прототипи.
• Працюватимеш з документацією і в команді з розробниками.
