About the role
We are looking for an experienced developer to build sophisticated browser automation solutions that faithfully reproduce human interaction models. This role combines programming, behavioral modeling, and machine learning expertise to develop next-generation automation tools with natural variability and adaptability.

Project Overview
You will be tasked with designing and implementing a complex system capable of emulating authentic human behavior in a browser, with built-in unpredictability, variability, and customizability.

Key Responsibilities
Creating complex algorithms that mimic natural human interaction patterns
Developing temporal variability systems that incorporate realistic pauses, hesitations, and reaction times.
Design and implementation of customizable “personality profiles” that support consistent patterns of behavior.
Create decision-making mechanisms with controlled randomness to avoid detection.
Incorporate machine learning capabilities to adapt interaction styles based on environmental feedback

Technical Requirements
Create realistic mouse movement models with natural acceleration/deceleration curves
Implement variable typing speed with periodic errors and corrections
Create navigation patterns that mimic human browsing habits
Develop session behavior patterns that reflect real user engagement

Required Qualifications
Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
Understanding of human-computer interaction principles
Experience collecting and analyzing data to identify behavioral patterns

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in UX research, cognitive science, or behavioral psychology
Experience with bot detection systems and countermeasures
Knowledge of statistical modeling for realistic randomization
Experience working on projects that require behavioral imitation or modeling.
