We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Data Engineer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights and have a strong command of SQL, Python, and Power BI, we’d love to meet you.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be a key driver in designing, building, and optimizing our data pipelines and analytical frameworks. Your work will enable smarter decisions across the organization and help scale our data capabilities to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems
• Write efficient, high-performance SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Build robust data models to support business intelligence initiatives
• Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement and optimize Power BI dashboards and DAX measures
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to data engineering best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced SQL and Python for data engineering tasks
• 2+ years of experience using Power BI with a strong grasp of DAX for data modeling and visualization
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions
• Proficient in ETL/ELT design patterns, data modeling (star/snowflake), and performance tuning
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and data versioning
• Knowledge of dbt, Airflow, or other orchestration frameworks
• Previous experience in a high-growth or tech-driven company
