Responsibilities

• No legal experience required to start;
• Ship core features across Python/FastAPI;
• Build/evaluate autonomous agents with LangChain + LangSmith.
• Design APIs & data models; integrate Supabase (auth, storage, vector search).
• Keep prod solid: tests, CI/CD, monitoring, security/GDPR.
• Work directly with founders/pilot users; iterate fast.

Requirements

• Heavy daily use of AI dev tools (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
• Experience in building production products with high ownership.
• Strong Python (async, FastAPI, pytest, typing)
• Proven LangChain in prod + LangSmith (tracing/evals).
• Basic experience with React/NextJS
• Supabase/Postgres (schemas, RLS, migrations, performance) - optional.
• Docker + GitHub Actions; sharp debugging; product mindset.
• Clear written/spoken communication.
