    CipherCross is an IT company specializing in web and mobile app development for startups. We are looking for a systematic specialist to take ownership of the full Outbound cycle on LinkedIn.

     

    Your main goal: To ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads via LinkedIn and hand over "warm" prospects to Sales.

     

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Search and validation of target companies and contacts.
    • Launching and managing automated campaigns (sequences, A/B testing, personalization).
    • Handling responses, follow-ups, and managing correspondence up to the point of booking a call.
    • Maintaining the lead database in the CRM (updating statuses, communication history).
    • Preparing reports on funnel performance and campaign results.
    • Preparation and publication of materials that will help with outreach – coordinating with the content writer and designer.

     

    Our Expectations:

    • Experience: 1+ year as a Lead Generator / SDR in IT Outsourcing.
    • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher (literate written communication is a must-have).
    • Tools: Confident knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools (Linked Helper 2, Expandi, Apollo, etc.).
    • Understanding of the B2B sales cycle in the IT industry.
    • Attention to detail and a systematic approach (working with large volumes of data requires precision).
